She was very responsive and very nice. When I arrived I explained what I was looking for and she understood my vision right away. I can honestly say she gave me the best cut I've ever had. I came back for a second cut later and she remembered me and the exact details of how I wanted my hair even though I had only been there once before. GREAT customer service and an amazing cut. Parking was easy to find and the atmosphere was mellow. Not overly busy. I was able to get in on a Sunday with almost no notice. I highly recommend this spot and PLEASE go see Eileen. I was told Lug/Luke was the man for me. I scheduled an appointment and was not disappointed. It was one of the finest flat tops I have ever been given. He is up there with barbers who have been cutting for 40+ years. I was worried when I first saw how young he was; however, he did an outstanding job.
