After my first review on google I was contacted minutes after posting. Not contacted by Tirza herself but Mike her boyfriend, so strange. He sends me a text and asks what they can do to make it better? I say "give me my money back". I paid $180 for a "in home" amateur application. They refuse to give me my money back but offer me $120 to take down my review. I refuse as I feel people need to know, after all I only went to her based on all the 5 star reviews. Anyhow, the pictures attached say it all. Lashes were clumped together several glued to 1 lash. Some were even glued to my skin! It's a relief to have them off, they were so painful. Some are still on as the technician wasn't able to take them off. She said it wasn't professional glue, probably a "house brand" because it is usually never that hard to dissolve lash glue. This was the most horrible experience ever please beware. "Mike" even quoted my place of work and my neighbourhood which was very disturbing.

My eyebrows look amazing and I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Overall it was a very nice experience. Highly recommended. She did an allergy test to see if I had any adverse reactions to the adhesive before the procedure. She also did a 24h follow up to see how everything was as well! Her work? Beautiful. I got 3D russian volume done from her. The lashes were evenly spaced and mapped to a length that fit my eye shape and natural lashes.

While there my experience was great and though I anticipated the pain, when we left I was not concerned. After an hour when I said my area was still hot my doctor friend, whose appointment I joined, said that was strange. We inspected and found that several strips of my skin was removed. The next day I returned to Toronto and called Accent on Beauty, they refused to return my money and offered me an in store credit, despite me saying that I did not live in Ottawa. At the time I was calling while waiting at a walk-in clinic and the owner Darlene (?) said that I would have to return to Ottawa to verify that it was her salon's mistake and not something I have done. When I offered to show her a photograph she also said that would not confirm that I did not mutilate my own crotch. I was stunned that this woman would not credit me $30 and implied that I may have intentionally ripped my skin off my body. I am part Asian and my skin scars dark. The effected area is at the seam of my pubic area and my leg and I have had to sit wide legged and lubricated with polysporon to help the skin grown back. This is the complete opposite of the sexy that i thought I would feel and will last way longer than the wax job. After all this, and all I will continue to deal with as I heal and treat my new darkened crease, I was only offered a credit to my account that I cannot even fulfill as I live in Toronto.

I was desperate yesterday to have my hair washed and cut because I had just got out of the hospital. But my new place couldn't take me for the second time and I thought I'd give Supreme another shot. Am I ever glad I did. Thanks to some juggling and a woman named Wan I have clean hair and an exceptional cut. I haven't been this happy with a hair cut since I left them! First Nina cleansed my skin and did an analysis to determine which kind of facial would be best for me - on her advice, I chose the Ozygen facial. The facial was thorough, Nina was gentle and professional. Caryl Baker stores are not spas though, so you don't get the relaxing quiet that you would get at other spas, but the facial itself was very good. I will go back.

Michelle does my eyelash extensions, and she can even do really long ones; as long as 15mm! I usually get 12 or 13mm. They last about a month to a month and a half before I need to re-do them again. I've also gotten shellac done, and they've lasted a long time. Overall, satisfied customer, which keeps me coming back!
