What I like is I'd left a message on the line with an inquiry and at the end of the day Chef Bishop returned my call to follow up and make sure all was well. It was pretty cool ordering food from a personal chef for my father. He felt like a celebrity lol I will certainly order food here for my family when they come up now. I'm vegan so there wasn't any entrees for me. However, if I needed to cater a meal for others (party, corporate party, shower etc.) this is a great option. Chef Bishop seems pretty cool. You wouldn't have guessed there was an issue as she was right there to make sure things ran seamlessly. The rest of the staff of the boathouse from bartenders, to servers, chef, etc was fantastic! They made our day special & I cannot thank them enough! Everyone raved at how good the food was & that they enjoyed cocktail hour on the deck overlooking the lake.
