This is a small place, four tables but clean and very quaint. There's both savory and sweet combinations, I chose the chicken and pesto (with cheese) and oh my heavens was it great! The flavor was mild, the perfect amount of cheese and the pesto was the right amount and there was plenty of moist chicken chunks. All the ingredients were inside the waffle, this did surprise me but it was a good size waffle. This is a yeast waffle and the texture is nice, not heavy. There is a red pepper tomato soup on the menu so I will have to try that the next time because it would've been perfect with this type of waffle. However, I was pleased. You will definitely have to try this place out. read more

Why do I give them such a low rating? It's pretty simple. Using my map app linked to Yelp I drove to the location listed as their business. It is an open field in Kaysville!!!! Doing a google search provides three different addresses for their business. Finally figured out that they are in the Farmington Station Park, or what ever it is called. But by this point of driving around Davis County we gave up and went to IHOP. Who ever is maintaining your stuff needs to up their game. We used waffled for our wedding reception. Had I known the waffle I was sampling was not going to be the waffle I ate at the reception I would have looked else where. Unless you can cook all the waffles at your event they are not good when made ahead of time and warmed up. We paid for 300 waffles and I felt bad at how they tasted. I wish I had known. I hope this helps someone else. Id just look around and do your homework. They dont tell you this when booking but just want to make a sale. The service was ok but this was a deal breaker having them warned up. I wish they had been upfront about that. Some other things were just off. They might do ok for smaller events. Best waffles I have had in my entire life. They use fresh cream! Cut the strawberries right in front of you. They have awesome topping options, great friendly staff and even have free syrups for my soda! I love the waffle of the day. The atmosphere is fun and unique. Don't let the boring sign deceive you...you totally need to give Waffled a try!  It is a hidden gem next to the Smith's in Farmington off 89.  I went in for lunch with my family.  The store is very clean, tidy, and spacious.  The staff was very kind and prompt.  The waffles taste delicious and are a steal of a deal.  We were there for the lunch special- $7.99 for soup, stuffed waffled, and a drink.  The soup is a yummy creamy smooth roasted red pepper and tomato- perfect on its own or dipping your very large stuffed waffle.  There were four stuffed sandwich options on stuffed garlic & herb waffles. The stuffed waffles were extremely filling. We tried the cheesy chicken pesto and the chicken bacon ranch waffles.  The bacon was nice and crunchy on the CBR and the pesto was delicious on the CCP.  I didn't really taste any of the garlic in the waffle, but was just happy it wasn't a sweet Liège waffle!  Speaking of Liège waffles...they were also very large and delicious.  They were not too sweet or too yeasty like some other waffle places I could mention.... They have breakfast and lunch stuffed waffles for $6.99.  Sweet waffles start at $2.99 with toppings at $.99 each and flavor combos for $6.99.  They have a WOD (waffle of the day) for $5 which is a screaming deal.  Drinks were $1.29 each (included in the lunch special). Options were Café Ibis coffee, hot cocoa, chocolate milk, and coke products. read more

"The nose knows," the proverbial "they" say. The thing about Waffled is that you can be on the other side of the outdoor Station Park mall and smell this buttery dough aroma wafting all around you. It's intoxicating and you involuntarily start taking out your wallet to throw bills at anyone who can turn that smell into a full-fledged sensory-overload experience. My stomach angrily growled at me yesterday as my boyfriend and I sat outside Waffled, warming ourselves in front of a fire while waiting for the rest of our party. It was an exercise in self-mortification. I mean, how long can I contain myself before I run into the food pavilion and order one of everything twice? You can only hold me down so long before I start foaming at the mouth, incoherently murmuring "butter, butter, butter." I finally convinced him to go look at the menu with me and OH MY DEAR GOODNESS GRACIOUS, the menu! I had casually glanced at it once before and seen a subheader that read "Stuffed Waffles." That's just toying with my emotions. STUFFED WITH WHAT?!?! TELL ME FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING GOOD AND TRUE! The response from the menu was a declamatory "We have savory waffles!" Did you read that?! THEY HAVE SAVORY STUFFED GARLIC AND HERB WAFFLES, JAM-PACKED WITH CHEESE AND MEAT AND CHEESE AND SOME MORE CHEESE. This was too much to handle and the promise of chicken breast with a layer of melty Muenster and pesto drove me to the point of distraction. With very little prodding, I convinced my boyfriend that this is what we'd been born for, this is what we'd been waiting for our whole lives, this was me being melodramatic for the purpose of persuasion. He agreed to it with the caveat that we would also need to add a side of roasted red pepper and tomato soup. Who am I to stomp out the fire of a dream? I allowed it. When the sweet sound of my name rang out announcing that our order was up, I ran with childlike wonder up to the window and this overwhelming fragrance of a really incredible slice of cheese pizza smacked me across the face. By the time we got ourselves a place to sit, however, both the soup and the sandwich were anything but piping hot. The food pavilions have limited seating and on a super cold December day, everyone and their mom is looking for a reason to sneak inside someplace to warm their booties for a spell. I am not deducting any points for this because it's Utah in the winter and I have a heart, people. The points get deducted, rather, for the sweetness of the soup, which was a little TOO sweet for my taste. The flavors are good, but I like a hearty tomato with enough salt to remind me that it's soup and not a smoothie. I'm guessing the addition of roasted peppers, which are on the sweet side, wasn't accounted for when measuring out the salt. No huge loss for me, though, as the soup was for the boyfriend anyway. He seemed to love it. After we tore into the cheesy stuffed waffle and I had crumbs all over my face and coat and anything else that was stationary, I had a few critiques. The flavor of the waffle was great, but it was slightly odd in texture. I was expecting a crispy, slightly burnt cheesy-end burst of flavor. Instead, I got a very flavorful . . . sponge. I'm not sure if that's typical of the consistency, but it was a little surprising. My boyfriend's chief complaint was the fact that the waffle wasn't savory enough. I concurred with that judgement, but I was willing to overlook it if the filling was going to compensate. But, again, we were just a bit off on expectation vs. reality. I mean, chicken, cheese, pesto--how could we go wrong here? There was no wrong, really--just a possibility for "better"! The chicken was almost imperceptible. The pesto was . . . well, it was green. The cheese was good, but like the rest of the sandwich, I felt like it could've been sharper. The flavors sorta took a back seat to texture. I really fell in absolute stupid love with the idea of a savory waffle sandwich and I'd like to try one again from Waffled. Next time, though, I need some chocolate and whipped cream and diabetes. UPDATE: Immediately after I posted, Bethany T. left a comment, and I really appreciate that quick response and ownership of her company's work. I always intended to go back to Waffled, but now, I absolutely will. Because I don't live in Utah, it may not be for a while, but I'm happy and proud to patronize a place that cares about doing things well and taking care of their customers. Thank you, Bethany! Awesome place. Legit waffles just like in Bruges or Liege. Unlike the other waffle places around they don't skimp on the sugar pearls. They had both sweet dessert waffles and breakfast and sandwich ones. A place you can eat any meal. Most importantly, they have Coke Zero in their fountain. read more

Soooo good! Prices were really reasonable too. Equal number of savory & sweet options available. My kids both loved the chicken, bacon, ranch waffles with a cup of tomato soup. I loved the Nutella, strawberry combo. Everything else on the menu looked awesome as well. Most impressive was the attitude of the two high school students working there. Waffled was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend anyone passing through the Farmington area to pull off and get a delicious hot liege waffle!!! Ok. The first time my husband and I went, it was so good. I got the gluten free sausage, egg and cheese waffle. He got the non-gluten free of the same. They're extremely slow making the food but they're all very sweet. Second time I went with a friend. She noticed that they weren't wearing gloves and one girl was messing with her hair around the food. So what do you know, my friend had a nasty hair in her food. Absolutely disgusting. I didn't bother finishing mine after that point. I'll never go back. Too many young, irresponsible kids chatting and not following food safety protocols. I'd pass on this. read more

We went to waffled because of the two reviews. I had the "special" which was blueberry cheesecake waffles. The waffle was way too sweet with crunchy sugar inside. Too much cheesecake stuff on top. So yummy! We happened upon this place by chance and are so happy we did. Ordered two stuffed waffles (extra cheddar and a bacon, egg and cheese) with soup and a build your own. Soup was creamy, smooth and delicious. Waffles are a great size (bigger than Waffle Love's, of you're familiar with them), soft, warm and so flavorful. I'm glad there is a local, independent restaurant at this location. However, the chicken bacon ranch waffle I had was not good. At all. In fact it was hardly edible. And my sister's strawberry waffle was adequate at best. Service was slow, the dining room was full of smoke, and seating was limited. I hope they can improve their restaurant. The workers do take awhile to make the food, but I've never been disappointed with the taste of my food. I went in and got a gluten free grilled cheese and loved it! Because they took a bit to get it out to me they gave me a free drink which I thought was sweet. I work in the food industry and try not to be so critical of establishments. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed as the two employees went over the top to service us and had the utmost patience as we tried to figure out what we wanted. They also gave us a ladder so we could sign the top of their wall and then after everything they did for us, they saying happy birthday to my 15 year old son even though nobody else was in The Establishment. Would absolutely recommend having breakfast there before heading over to Lagoon. Slow service. I think the morning I showed up there were several orders in front of me already. I was told, after I paid, that the wait would be 25 minutes. If I had known that prior to paying, I would not have stayed, as we had other errands to run and the waffle was an impulse treat. The wait ended up being 57 minutes. Mostly I'm irritated that the staff could not estimate the wait time nor did they inform me of the wait time before I paid. They didn't look particularly efficient either. At the 50-minute mark I went to the counter to inquire about the status of my single waffle and the staff pointed to it in queue saying it was almost ready. It was a single plain waffle with strawberries, whipped cream, and Nutella drizzle. It took another 7 minutes to be served up. So, I'm not impressed with the service speed. They were polite and well mannered though. The waffle was okay but I think I'll be avoiding this particular location in the future. read more

On our first visit they were out of ingredients for what we wanted to order, the soda tasted watered down and flat, and the bathroom was out of toilet paper.
