I researched both locally and out of State, I landed on the Wall Center and I am so happy I did! Dr. Holly Wall as well as her entire staff were overwhelmingly welcoming and nurturing. They made me feel completely comfortable in such a vulnerable situation. For people that come from out of town like myself they have recovery suites that are like a 5 star hotel with 24 hour nursing care. I never wanted to check out! I also had both Cool Sculpting and Laser Hair removal procedures done at the Jade Meda Spa within the Wall Center. Ms. Denise Giddens did both. After a short period of time with Denise, she had me laughing hysterically. I would highly recommend asking for her! She had me completely feeling at ease. I am about two weeks into my recovery and Dr. Holly is still checking in with me and ensuring that I am healing up nicely. She really cares for her patients. I had to swap insurance halfway through the pregnancy due to a complication and my new insurance does cover my appointments. I later found out that the finance office for them was not putting the claims through to my insurance and contacting the wrong number about my benefits thus denying that I'm covered and trying to force me to pay out of pocket. I have attempted multiple times to give them the information they needed to rectify this and my insurance has attempted to reach out to discuss the matter but they refuse to return the phone calls. As of today I am 35 weeks and have been refused care because they are receiving false information from the wrong insurance company and refusing to take the steps necessary to rectify it while holding a credit account with a large sum in it but still refusing my care. I attempted to speak to the office manager about this was spoken down too and interrupted and talked over while trying to give them information needed. I no longer want to receive care from this office due to how I've been treated on multiple occasions due to miscommunication over insurance.

My hematologist is knowledgeable about my rare blood disorder. It's hard to find one who even knows about it, much less one who has seen patients with it and studied it. The building is clean. The infusion suite has older chairs equipment, but the nurse taking care I of me has was fantastic.
