He's very empathetic and patient, and he won't brush off our concerns or rush us out to meet 15 minute deadlines. He won't assign a physicians assistant to us as a guise to collect more $$. Dr. Perijoc spends time with you, asks a lot of questions and runs tests to determine what going on with you. She writes prescriptions when needed, but she also addresses prevention and suggests supplements to keep you from needing prescriptions. Her knowledge is extensive and she works hard to ensure that you are not put into a box as many providers are forced to do when they have to see so many patients per day to be able to actually make a living. But if you are looking for a quality provider, she is the best we have ever seen. She is careful with your health and works to not over or under treat any condition. I am glad we finally slowed down enough to put our health and that of our kids first. We all see her and all are healthier for it!

It's a major conglomerate with no humanness. They want to push you off to telemed appointments or nurse practitioners. When you call, you get a call center and they often can't even get anyone in the Plano office to pick up. They take messages and promise call backs, but the calls are NEVER returned. If this is the future of medicine, we might as well all be Amazon Med customers - I mean "patients."
