Both offices are pleasant, thorough, relaxing and efficient. I approached Dr. Breakstone after seeing a doctor I didn't trust. My old doctor catered to the kind of families that have ten kids and counting, the waiting room was always full, I waited for up to an hour or more after my appointment time every time, mixed up my paperwork and ultrasounds more than once, and the closest 'emergency' appointment I could be seen at took a month to book. Dr. Breakstone's office was nothing like that: she saw me immediately, sat me down for a thorough talk, a get-to-know before ever asking me to get changed, went completely over my medical history and problems, understanding how nervous and unsure I was of a new doctor after leaving the one I did. But she was WONDERFUL. Through every visit she listens, respects every patient, really takes the time to explain options and procedure, and I've recommended her to every woman I can, all that say the same things I am here. I can honestly tell you, you will not find a group of providers who are more genuine, more caring, more knowledgable, more honest, or more experienced with the birthing process than the team at Women's Health Associates. Each midwife here is truly exceptional, and we could not imagine our children being delivered without them. My wife's second pregnancy had some minor obstacles associated with it, and the providers here did everything in their power to support us each step of the way. I need more stars for Dr. Metzger and the whole practice!…read more Made the switch a few years ago and I seriously wonder why I waited so long.. empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly, detailed.. Took amazing care of me during my not so eventful pregnancy that turned into a scheduled c section because baby wasn't cooperating.. never felt calmer about going under the knife.. (p.s. Did a plastic surgeons job on the incision..) Follow up care has been amazing, spending time to talk about anything and everything I had questions about. Thrilled to have such a wonderful team of people (from front desk, nurses, techs and doctors) on my side!
