My latest visit was after a PT appointment in search of some tape and braces for my elbow. I found what I was after tape wise, and while they had a brace, it was a bit pricier than I was willing to spend. The store, interior and exterior, could use some TLC conditionally. Inside was clean, but the parking lot needs some attention. Service is okay. I wouldn't classify it as friendly, but neither rude. Somewhere along the lines of "meh". Overall, this location is a choice out of convenience. When needed, I don't mind swinging by.

Several months later, I had to see the doctor again and again went to Smith County Drug Center to get my medicine. As I walked in the door a lady behind the counter said, "Hello Lisa. how can we help you today?". She remembered me! I was amazed and pleased. I live 30 minutes away and pass at least 5 drug stores on my way to Smith County Drug Center, but I choose to make the trip for all my refills. I have had surgery and my husband, at my request, drove 45 min out of our way to get my medicine there. The people at Smith County Drug Center are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It is always worth your time to give them a visit for all your pharmacy needs!!

I've been here numerous times and experienced really rude and unprofessional service (e.g. I've personally been and seen others be judged and berated at the photo counter when picking up items "late" i.e. within a week or less of placing the order). Sometimes customer service has been nice or fine, though (e.g. one time the photo department called me when they found my photo order, which I appreciated - since when I went to pick it up the first time, they didn't find it). This store is "blah" in comparison to the Walgreens that I am familiar with in major cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago, San Francisco,and Denver. The wait at the pharmacy drive-thru was minimal, and the pleasant pharmacy employee walked me through the whole procedure with grace and good humor. Within two hours the results were emailed to me.
