It's a middle of the road, slightly overpriced tourist destination in Tawas.. and f you need a quick souvenir or fudge etc, it's probably somewhere you stop if you have kids or are with others and everyone has different tastes but they aren't into shopping in every gift shop downtown.. I bought a t shirt here but most of the gifts or souvenirs are overpriced and not particularly interesting to me. It's not my cup of tea in the realm of tourist gift shops (I prefer more nice or boutique), but it'll suffice.. Service is ok, prices high, selection is on par with most northern Michigan gift emporiums.

The place still has its retro charm, but is dark and looks a bit sad now. I'm not sure it is open any more. There's a for sale sign by the road. I'm hoping someone with vision buys it and restores it to its former glory.

I can say this the service here locally is really uptight. They charge 3.99 % for every credit card or debit purchased robbery. Their cook is lazy too I mean it was 10:48 in the morning and would not open the evens for hot sandwiches. The vibes here are just like a bad disturbance in the force. I can also figured out when I am in a establishment where race plays a big factor. Well what I can expect around here it's Trump country.
