I understand things happen, but how a business responds to an issue will either earn my repeat business or leave me taking my business elsewhere. I did not receive ANY silverware or napkins, which was kind of a problem - I can improvise on napkins (I did some Kleenex) but not on silverware. I looked back on DoorDash afterwards to see if that was an option, to request silverware, but I didn't see it, so next time I will have to specify, I guess.
