The employees all over the store were so friendly and kept asking if we needed help with anything. My girls enjoyed the Easter activities and the prizes they won. Something as simple as small activities for children are so appreciated at least from me. Thank you for reaching out to the community right from your store lobby. We also purchased a few items and were shocked by all the sales they had going. The clearance section didn't disappoint either. The store was also very well organized. One notable difference is that there's Kohl's cash to help ease the pain. JC doesn't even give up a Penney. And when you find a live human that could help, they avoid eye contact. If you do manage to make contact, they give nonsensical answers to straightforward questions, like "What sizes do you stock in men's suits?" and "Why do certain sizes show online as being in store?" I'm done. I love some of their products but shopping in store is not worth it.

They checked in on us and numerous customers as we were looking through the great selection. They greeted us upon entering the store and told us about the bargains for the day. No matter how many times we asked for help reaching boxes on the upper shelves Nicole never complained, but happily brought over the ladder to assist us. We have never experienced this great of customer service at this location. When we came back today, it was a different crew working. I haven't shopped at DSW sooo much in my life until now because of the good sales. I've been…read moreordering online since stores were closed. Now that the stores are open, the in person experience is a bit different. I had to return/exchange some shoes I purchased online. This was my second visit to this store. The "Fellow Shoe Lover" that assisted me on 5/17/2020 was very helpful and nice. I forgot her name and it's not on my receipt. The store clerks wore face masks and I believe customers are required to wear them as well. The store is only accepting credit cards as a form of payment. Due to Covid-19 safety measures were put in place. If you donate shoes you have to put them in a plastic bag (provided by DSW) and DSW will disinfect them. You can no longer try on shoes in the back of the store or in the different shoe aisles. You are required to sit in front of the store and try on the shoes. If you decide not to purchase the shoe you must put the shoe on the table and DSW will disinfect them before putting them back on the shelf. I noticed signs on the entry way of the clearance aisles that requires customers to exit /enter the aisle a certain way to ensure social distancing.

I came to your Round Rock store with my kids at 7:55 pm local time to make several returns. I…read morechecked online before I came to make sure they were open. Closing time is listed at 8pm.  When we got there at 7:55,  both doors were locked. I saw multiple employees inside and all lights on. I proceeded to call the store directly asking them to open the doors so I could make my returns as it was only 7:55. The employee told me "oh yeah we are closed already" I said well it says you're open until 8:00 pm. They said "yeah well we already closed our registers." I asked if the person on the phone was the manager, they said "yes I'm the manager right now." I asked for the employee's name, they responded with "Noodle." I then asked what their last name is. They said "Sadin" and I asked them to spell it.  We drove here 30 minutes out of our way to make returns.
