I recently found a higher quality rebuilt alternator at A-Line for less money than the 3 big chains in town. They also loaned me tools to swap out the fan shroud that I forgot to remove at home. I almost turned it in and they made sure that I swapped it on the spot to make sure that it fit and aligned properly. One big differentiator for A-Line is that they can resurface heads (and I would assume rotors) with a full machining shop. I will always check with them first when searching for replacement parts.

Another employee quickly rushed to the door realizing that the other employee had screwed up and made a disastrous customer relations mistake. He unlocked and opened the door. He apologized and told me the reopening time in the morning. I thanked him and said, "I'm glad you came out because the other employee locked the door in my face." Earlier in the year I had a polar opposite experience with a different employee who couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant to work with. Therefore this review is an average of the two experiences.
