That alone impressed me. One of the bigger shops had quoted me almost $2,000, but he was able to get everything taken care of for just a couple hundred. With Austin summer coming up, I really needed my AC working and definitely did not have time to save up that kind of money, so this was a huge relief. He was super straightforward and explained exactly what was wrong and what he was fixing, which I really appreciated. He even noticed that one of my taillights was out and helped me get that fixed too. He was funny, kind, and easy to talk to. As a woman, going to car places can sometimes feel uncomfortable, but I never felt unsafe, pressured, or talked down to here. He got me back on the road quickly and clearly did his best to save me money. Definitely recommend.

That said, some of the traditional dealership tactics and back-and-forth with management felt a bit outdated and made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. If you're shopping at Covert, ask for Zaid. He made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother, and his customer service is the reason I'm leaving happy. Great prices, great salesperson, but there's definitely room for management to modernize the buying process.

One negative comment - sales people promise you the world, but when a sales manager comes in, you quickly realize that you just wasted an hour of your time listening to unrealistic bullshit. The lack of consistency and communication made the entire process feel like a waste of time.
