Went from size 7 to size 4 and needed somewhere around 3.5-3.75. Was told I would have to pay extra to correct the problem and add the filler gold as not to damage the set of the diamonds. What happened to the gold they removed? Why does the warranty only cover "typical" ring sizing. Was told I could "pick out a new ring" They added a clip on temporary adjustment to fit. Was told "Nobody will see the bottom anyways". Poor customer service. Poor quality in a solution. FRAUD for trying to charge extra.

They have great sales and carry a variety of name brands and the staff is always helpful and never pushy. Today was the first time we went to this particular store, located at the newly opened Tulsa Premium Outlet Mall. My husband and I had spent the better of 2 hours trying on shoes for him with not one staff member asking , if we needed help, smiled or said "Hi, how's it going?" or, "Can I help you with anything?" Nope?? OK! No biggie, I got this! We finally found 2 pair he liked and as the employee is ringing us up, we looked for socks, which are right there at the check out. We couldn't find his size and she made no attempt to help, she just stood at her register with a look of inconveniencine, she even made a noise like, jeez, as if she were doing a head nod, eye roll, at us. Mind you, it is not 6 o'clock yet. We found the socks in his size and the color, it is now 5:58, we had gotten a BOGO 50% off, but the pair we picked out wasn't a BOGO. Now we are literally shopping on the shelf right infront of her register. We know they are closing so we are rushing!! I mean it is now 6:03 when another employee steps out of nowhere to tell us it is now closing time and I'm going to have to ask you to leave, because we cannot close our registers until the doors are locked. We had the pair he liked to replace the other pair, working as fast as we can, my husband is putting a pair back in its box, while I am grabbing the box he likes, while BOTH of the employees just glared at us. We both stopped what we were doing, with my husband saying that we were so sorry to inconvenience them and started to the door when we heard one of them say, I guess I'll put these back for you. Really?!??! People, when we opened the door to leave I looked at my watch and it was 6:04!!! They had refused to help us or give an extra few minutes to check out. So they lost a good sale, in the range of $200 or more. Worse than that, they lost me, a great customer! I won't be back to that store.
