However, this is actually a stand alone location that use to be in the Jefferson mall but has since moved out a block or so down with its own exterior store front and is off outer loop road . My wife is a huge fan of lane Bryant. She enjoys that there clothing and fashions comes in a variety of sizes. She is also a big fan of there bras. Any time someone is struggling with a birthday or Christmas gift idea for her I tell them "lane Bryant items or gift cards are a safe play". Naturally with my wife loving these locations I've been to one a time or two. The workers are usually pretty nice and the stores are always clean and well maintained. This particular location is a larger one considering it is no longer limited to a mall store and boasts a rather large and nice changing room. Pricing on lane Bryant items can be on the higher end. It is considered quality designed clothing. However they will run a good sale from time to time whether it is online only or in store. Overall, pretty nice option when it comes to woman's fashion. It makes the wife happy. And you know what they say. Happy wife, happy Life!

I have a pet peeve that an overall positive impression of a store is graded by the outside and inside. Unfortunately finding several used condoms in the parking lot and showing a picture of it to the cashier got an odd response. He goes "well I guess someone had a good time last night" and left it at that. No request to have it cleaned up as it wasn't a big deal attitude. I felt bad if any parents had to explain these to a young child.

In fact I called customer service when I returned home only to let it ring over 25 times without any response. This is less than stellar customer service unfortunately. Two of the things that stand out for me at this location: 1)  The newly renovated Starbucks.  I like that the recent renovation that took out the old, staid Target snack bar to make it more of a grab-and-go kind of situation with a few tables, and the Starbucks is the star of that show. #AboutFreakingTime B) The service desk isn't as chaotic as some other Target service desks.  I like the fact that there are individual kiosks instead of a long-ass counter. Shopping at this location is pretty easy and, for the most part, things are the same as in most other locations.   If I'm looking for fabricated half-inch pipe I know where to look because I know where the fabricated half-inch pipe is located in a different store.  (Will someone PLEASE get that movie reference?) The staff is usually attentive and helpful here.  I'm the most impressed when I visit electronics.  I was recently looking for a new sound bar and had a few questions about options on some of the models.  I spoke to two different team members and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful.

Beyond clothing they offer shoes, jewelry, fragrance and several other accessories (socks, belts). The back of the store typically holds a healthy amount of clearance items at all times. However, the other day I needed to return a couple items from Christmas that were not the right size. I bought them online in November because I was moving out of state in December. Apparently their return policy is up to 60 days. This was day 61/62. I explained the complication of moving over the holidays...they couldn't have cared any less! They were almost excited they didn't have to do a return!!! I have never known of any retailer that didn't at least offer store credit! So here I sit with $204 in merchandise that I need to donate? Someone needs to explain to Chicos what customer service really means and remind them we all have a choice on where we spend our money! Shame on you Chicos!
