The surface of my dresser is stained from a liquid ring from a rock lamp that started to sweat. Stains and liquid rings are covered, but since my damage was so severe, it's no longer covered and they use every loophole not to replace the furniture. They want quick fixes only, not replacement. This warranty is a waste of money for the cheaply made furniture this place provides. Waste of money.

Returns: "we'd have to discuss that." I asked if I could see the fixture I'd be ordering. Alison pointed at the binder. The binder photo was 240 pixels wide and appeared to be a scan of a fax. Not impressed.
