Not too sweet or tart and tasted actually quite natural. Ended up taking a growler home to share with friends. We weren't hungry so we didn't try the food but they had a chicken barbecue going and were selling cheese boards that looked pretty great. The bathroom situation is port-o-potties but to my surprise and delight they were actually clean and they offer a handwashing station outside. A++ recommend and would return.
