"can i have two tens?" we don't have 10's, blank stare. sooo are you gonna offer me 5's? no? okay cool lol. just one example of MANY crappy experiences i've had at this location in particular. now here's the experience that really pushed me to write this review. i came in before work needed some concealer and stopped here on my way. didn't think there'd be any issue. i'm testing the already open / half empty concealer on the back of my hand and the cashier came up to me and said, uhmm you're not allowed to do that that's unsanitary i need to take those. i apologized profusely it was SO embarrassing. they were already open and half used from other people doing the same thing. i've done this at every pharmacy ever and never had an issue. the cashier was nice about it and her response was "we should really put out some testers" ...okay...so do that! what a simple solution, nothing stopping her from doing that (unless walgreens has an incredibly strict policy, then that's a separate issue that should be addressed). rather than embarrassing the customer and losing out on a sale (i would have picked up other things but i was so embarrassed that i immediately left) they should go the extra step. i've cashiered since i was a teen so there's really no excuse for such poor customer service. i will literally change my review to 4 stars if yall would just put some damn stickers on your testers lol it's really that simple... but for now this place sucks you're better off going to WALMART and that says a lot!

I had a confirmation for an online flu shot that she couldn't find in their system. Instead of explaining in a courteous manner, she snapped at me as if it was my fault. The pharmacist was a bit more polite but refused to accommodate for the quick flu shot and walked away. There were only 2 customers in the entire store at the time. It's pretty obvious why with such poor customer relations!

The drive-through pharmacy is extremely convenient, but they must update the alert system to cut down on weight time. and they absolutely need to resurface the turnaround because after you have picked up your items from the drive-through pharmacy, you'll need a tank to navigate around the potholes. We use this pharmacy because it's very close by to my home. If Walgreens or CVS were closer, I'd probably switch.

With the big box pharmacies you may wait in a circuitous voice-activated system that is hardly what I'd consider good customer service. in contrast, calling Dedericks and with one button push you're talking to a live person within 15 seconds. if you're getting your prescriptions at a big box chain, you're missing out on a much more pleasant experience from ordering to pickup. Highly recommend supporting your local pharmacy especially when they do everything right!

The Rx wasn't in the Phoenicia pharmacy, and I asked to pick it up in the Tannersville pharmacy; it was done seamlessly. Up in Tannersville I was helped by the pharmacist (Jennifer B, I believe), who was as helpful and kind as I needed. This is the way health care should work.
