My order was canceled because they didn't have 4x6 film, and when I called Tim (says she's the manager) says I can place a new order for 4x8, to which I've added proof of a random photo and showing the size options it gives me on the app. She said she had a long list of people and couldn't sit there calling everyone, so why not print in 4x8 for free since I've been waiting a week for my photos ? Eh...... Been here a few times on my way up from NY to Danbury. Nothing particularly special about this location aside from the convenience of being open 24 hours - though I never am here past a certain hour to take advantage of the open times. Inside, the employees are typical (at least the one's I've dealt with) hires - which means they're mainly nice to each other and hardly the customer, clock milkers who move extra slow if you need something from them (from what I've seen, not personally experienced since I didn't need any help), slow ringers, and the typical split line that a lot of Walgreen's stores have. The store is largely a mess whether there is a busy rush or a long lull (I've been there for both), which is unacceptable since they do have stock employees who should be maintaining the store. The parking lot is busy and you need to watch yourself pulling in or out of a space, since customers take their sweet time walking around in the lot and others need that spot so close to the store because they can't walk a few extra feet. Each time I've been in the lot, it's been a frustrating experience and one of the worst lots I've had the unfortunate pleasure in navigating it. Not the store's fault in this case however - it's the morons who shop here, who have no clue how to drive and shouldn't be allowed inside of a vehicle. Use caution or park on the side of the building, since it's usually a little less busy because most people try to park in the front. I've always preferred the quieter, neater, cleaner CVS just down the block as opposed to this place and will most likely never return here. read more

Awful. My MD called in a Rx at 8:30AM for meds I needed to keep me out of the hospital. The pharmacy knows what these meds are for. I called at 9:30 to see when it would be ready for pickup. For 25 minutes I was on hold with recording telling me there was 'one person in the queue ahead of me'. Finally someone picked up and told me that the prescriptions would be ready for pick up at 10:30. I went at 10:30 and only one was ready. The other one would be another two hours. TWO HOURS! Both were sent in at the same time. Both were to fight serious infections. They could only manage to get ONE of them ready in two hours. What a terrible experience. Terrible phone service, terrible pharmacy service. And this is not the first time. THE PLACE IS WOEFULLY UNDERSTAFFED. Probably because it is in Downton Danbury and not Main Street Westport or Ridgefield. read more

Slowest pharmacy ever they make dmv seem fast. Never have my medsin stock and always an excuse of why my meds are not ready. Proper noted are on scripts the app sucks doesn't work half the time notifications horrid and did I mention th3 hours. Who closes a pharmacy on a saturday?????? read more

I just left here and had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience with being followed by a worker here. Her name tag said she was a shift leader named Misbuh. She came out from behind the counter after I and a friend came in and followed us to the isle. She moved candy around in their boxes next to us. We felt uncomfortable and moved down the isle away from her slowly. We were there a while to see if she'd go away but she didn't. Even when more customers came in the store. My friend is African American and I felt that her acting the way she was towards us was due to that. I'm very unhappy with how my experience there went tonight. read more

24 hours/7 days a week is excellent! Walgreens is Very conveniently close to home, downtown, and there is plenty of parking is available.

Such a great location for this 24 hour pharmacy, always stop here when in the area. The management team is fantastic and so are the employees, always willing to help out people. Lines may look long but they open up every register in the store! read more

Really great people here. This pharmacy seriously helped me out in trying to get my partners prescription when the other pharmacy was being ridiculous for no reason. The pharmacist here went out of their way to make sure I could get my prescription with the coupon I very much needed. If this pharmacy didn't exist I would stop going to all Walgreens because of the terrible treatment I received in the other one, but really, they were wonderful here. Very good, understanding, sensible, people who will make sure you get your prescription and that you can actually afford it!!! Highly recommend!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT shop at this Walgreens. Go to CVS, Rite-Aid, or anywhere else. Here is how this store treats their customers .... THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR out of their parking lot. What business treats their customers this way? My wife just had the following experience at this Walgreens. It's a dark, rainy Halloween night here in CT. She parked at this Walgreens, walked across the street to grab some take-out, with the intent of buying napkins and Halloween candy at the Walgreens. When she returned, 17 minutes later, her car had been towed. Eric B. was the on-duty store manager and offered no empathy nor regret for the situation. My wife was alone, in a strange city, and Walgreens caused her tremendous grief, distress, and financial loss. Again, I implore you ... DO NOT SHOP at this Walgreens. We will not be shopping at Walgreens ever again, and tomorrow will be notifying Walgreens Senior Executives of this situation. What a way to treat customers! Go somewhere else. Save yourself a tremendous amount of grief. read more

Ran in on a Monday night at 10pm for simethicone for my 9 week old. Easily 15-20 % of the infant medication boxes had been previously opened and rifled, yet inexplicably simply put back on the shelves for sale - boxes open and torn, bottle seals broken, droppers missing, etc. I am furious. This is not only a dangerous practice, but the very height of laziness and mismanagement. It is clear from how all of the opened boxes were placed back into their proper places that they had been re-stocked in this condition. This must be on the order of management because the condition of the boxes is apparent from 10 feet away. Or does the manager not feel the need to walk the floor? Walgreens corporate needs to take a close look at this franchise. read more

I like this store for it's convenience. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Inside the store is always clean and organized, at least it has been every time I've been in there. The only issue I have is they need to clean their parking lot, very dirty and disgusting out there! read more

Buyer Beware! They charged over $100 for a prescription that was only $5 at CVS! They weren't the least bit sorry, nor did they care about the huge discrepancy. They take advantage of people who are desperate late at night! They rob the sick and think it is okay! Go to CVS! read more
