I recently relocated to the area for work and after a very gut-wrenching experience with a dog daycare, I was fortunate enough to find Raven's. Waverly has pretty significant medical problems related to disc disease. With that being said, he requires special handling and medical management. From my initial consultation with the Raven's team until now, I have nothing but positive words. They take great care of my little guy daily while I'm at work as well as when I need to travel out of town. Waverly has special needs from handling to medication administration and the team is very capable of providing him with safe, precise care in accordance to his physician's orders, with love and compassion. When I'm away either at work or out of town, I can rest assured that my sweet guy is receiving the best care possible. Raven's has a great system with emails with photo updates and are just a phone call or text away-with prompt response-to handle any of my immediate questions and concerns. Words can't truly describe how blessed Waverly and I are to have found this group of highly dedicated and compassionate pet care providers. The dog walking and over-night stays are highly recommended for those of you who have busy lifestyles but want to keep your pets healthy, safe, and just as spoiled as if you were with them. It is a little tiny veterinarian but they're growing, and I'm so so happy I found this place. I took my cat Pumpernickel in just for an initial appointment so that I can set him up with a veterinarian, transfer his records over there and get him started with a vet. Parking is convenient you can park right in front of the building. Thank you Dr Falcone for a pleasant visit and my female cat Macie will be going for her first meet and greet appointment next week.

Everything can be scheduled online and you can indicate what day you would like trash wheeled to the curb, plants watered etc. Lilly is the happiest and healthiest she has ever been after we have returned from the two trips in which we have used HappyTails services. She is on medication for her blood pressure and has terrible anxiety when we leave her alone. I think she actually gained weight this last trip - which is incredible at her age! I asked if they would do this on our next visit - which I totally understood - but no they said I would either upgrade now or the service would be cancelled. She rang the doorbell multiple times while I was on a client call - I had explained in the email that I was not available till after 5 PM. After walking at the sitter through my home and explaining how to take care of my cats, I provided her my passcode to the garage and the passcode to my security system and she accepted a key to my home. The sitter accepted a gift from me upon leaving and stated she would be the permanent sitter to care for my pets if I were to use the service again. She said she would "be sure to give them love." The next day I get an email from the owner stating that the sitter felt "uncomfortable" with watching my pets and not only was she refusing service but the company would not be finding a replacement. I was not given any specifics. I live in downtown Carmel in a good area, by myself. Nothing about my home or neighborhood is threatening. This email came after the sitter accepted a gift and asked me for all my home passcodes. I feel like I'm being discriminated against by this company and or they've taken my information and then some thing with it! Either way I'm THE ONE now feeling extremely uncomfortable and uneasy with the experience of Fetch Pet Care! Also to note, I used the service in 2019 and the sitter gave one of my cats the WRONG food to a cat with a Heath condition. I chose to overlook this and continue with booking services but obviously that should've been my initial red flag to look elsewhere. Before writing this review the owner did not return my emails or calls with my concerns. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for discriminatory treatment. I've asked for the gift and my key back. In the initial email owner states Phyllis stated that my key is in the mail?! In no way should my home key be in the mail! This means it's open to being tampered with now I feel like I have to change my locks! STEER CLEAR of this company - they're incredibly unsafe, unprofessionally ran, dishonest, will treat your key without safekeeping. Your home is your safe pace and they will disrespect and violated that! I also feel that I'm being discriminated against either for my race, gender, who knows!

We checked it out online before going and found the site very easy to navigate and they had a "pet portal" that allowed for us to set up appointments easily and monitor his progress. I was impressed with all of the staff here on my first visit and the cost seemed to be fair and in line with veterinarians and groomers that we've used in the past (I'm not a vet pricing expert but for meds, shots, exam, heart-worm test and grooming we spent $180, grooming alone is normally $60 because he's a large dog). I would definitely recommend pleasant paws to anyone looking for a vet and I'll update this review after upcoming visits if anything changes!
