Starting from trying to even rent the place the leasing agents were AMAZING, especially Jodie. We were trying to rent from halfway across the country and she made it so smooth! Their communication is superb. As tenants we had zero issues. The maintenance staff was also very good and always very helpful and kind as well. They even showed up within 10 minutes one morning when my door knob fell off. The location is great, half an hour to IU health, 6 minutes to Costco, Trader Joes, Fresh Thyme, and a bunch of clothing stores (Ross, Burlington, etc.), less than 20 minutes to Fort Harrison State Park. Basically whatever you need is in short driving distance :) We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it was a great value, the layout was very practical and the complex was very quite and well kept. The only downsides were not having an elevator and the electricity bill in the winter due to heat being electric. Just 2 points to consider when moving in. Overall, I would highly recommend this complex, they're great!

I have NEVER been late on rent in 2 years of moving here to Indy or AT ALL ever - you can see that online in rent cafe. My income is good. Always pay my utilities and car payments. I work hard. I asked about credit score bc of divorce I am working on it. S he said they look at the whole picture. Clearly this company does not. She never responded to me just ghosted me. I found out by looking at my app on the website it said DECLINED. Very nice . I will never recommend any of this companies properties. Enjoy your $75 and the fact that you lost a great renter. I never received an email!

These are more of the quieter apartments I've lived in, modernized and has style. You can tell disgruntled tenants from the reviews, and it is definitely not from the property, amenities, neighbors or managers. Property managers were always wearing a mask, they are always courteous and nice, maintenance has gotten any repairs or issues addressed and resolved within a day or two. Valet garbage collection has always been reliable for me, even though I hardly ever use it, I can take care of my own trash, of all things to complain about. I go out of my way to speak to the staff casually because of how nice they've been to me and my kids. I'm finding my peace and calm here, neighbors have been nice, other pets have been social with mine. It is quiet, only heard one party since being here and I find that strange with the mix of age groups that are present. Grow up reviewers, don't harm businesses for your own muck ups.

They had a hole in the ceiling for about two weeks and it's still there. They "fixed" it but then we came home to a puddle. They put a trash can to catch the water although the water was splashing everywhere outside of the can. We had to put down our own towels to clean it up and now we probably have floor damages as well. Had to wait 4 days for them to come in to fix it but then it got pushed back the day of. Finally 6 days later they fixed the leak. Left the trash can there for another day and then they dumped it in my bathtub. Note that we were on vacation and weren't there when they did this so we came home to a dirty tub that was now had dirt and ceiling debris dried onto it. Currently left with black mold still on my ceiling and it's been here for 3 weeks. Maintenance has done NOTHING even though black mold literally causes health issues and person living here already has servers asthma. don't move here!!!!! Neighborhood is also terrible: people smoking pot, nosy neighbors, loud 24/7. Not worth it!!

Only to be shocked that your car is gone. Yep! this happened to me. I just moved to the Revel on the Cumberland January 22nd 2020. I was so happy to move here at first. I loved the layout and the location it was in. I have only been here for 4 weeks and let me tell you what they don't tell you when you about to sign that lease. My car was parked out front of my apartment and it was towed from "Indy Finest" which the IRONY. Any-case, I had my permit in my dashboard. I didn't have it stuck on the window due to me getting a new car in a few weeks. So put it on the dashboard. It fell into the top of dash board. I didn't noticed it till I came from the towing place. Today 2/20/2020 is when it happen. I went to the office and they was closed all day. I had to call the emergency maintenance to find where my car was. The office people is no help. They told me that there is parking spaces when I have moved in.Guess what ? That is a lie. I live on the first floor. I can hear my neighbors in the morning, mid afternoon, evening, early morning. The apartment complex was so quick for us to sign the lease they failed to tell me where the mailbox is. Failed to tell me who and when trash is taken. I only found out through looking at my neighbors. My bill from this month is 200-300 dollars. I have been many others apartments this one is the most expensive apartment I have ever lived at. No LUXURY HERE!!!! I really had high hopes for this apartment complex. I was excited to move to Fishers. The location is the best but besides that.... I will not renew my lease.

Don't do it. DON'T. I was fooled by the model unit…read more Broad overview: a dead body, awful maintenance, lots of bugs, broken appliances, unhelpful management, awful communication, and pointless added fees. Headache after headache that left me wanting to break my lease one month in. Worst apartment I have lived in. Dead Body: you come home from work and you see news crews, coroners, police cars, and crime scene tape all over your building's parking lot. Not one piece of communication from management at all, but hey, at least it was in the news days later. Maintenance: Good luck getting help. When maintenance would finally come over, they would leave a massive mess and used my own cleaning supplies to clean up the little that they did. But that isn't the biggest issue- on THREE occasions, they left the key to my apartment door in the lock (at one point, for over a week while I was out of town) allowing anyone to go in, take what they want, or who knows, hide in there for my return. Feels great after a dead body is found. Management did nothing about this until after the third time when new management took over. At move in, I noted multiple issues ranging from the smell of cat urine from the previous resident, to a broken AC, to only warm water in my unit. I was told there was no issue with my water heater. During my last week of living there, they replaced my water heater because it began to flood my apartment. Wow, now I have hot water! I was unable to use my dishwasher for the full year because despite me alerting staff that it was leaking badly on day three of living there, maintenance came and "fixed it" 3-4 times, with no progress. It continued to leak so I gave up. Move in- apartment was disgustingly dirty- covered in cat hair from previous resident, floors caked with dirt, you name it. Bugs: The sheer amount of bugs that would crawl in from the gaps in the window moldings/trims and all the other gaps from poor maintenance was insane. Countless spiders, roaches, ants after a rain, and everything else. PLUS, tons of air from outside driving up your bill. If you move here, get adhesive insulation blockers because that is the only thing that will work since maintenance won't fix it. Poor communication: Halfway through living there they mention that they will be adding WiFi- the company will be here on X date. X date goes by with nothing then 3-4 weeks later they are asking to enter my apartment to install WiFi that requires drilling through the ceiling and moving all my stuff again. Don't worry, the mess they left ruined some of my furniture and materials from the white ceiling residue. Or, you need to move your car by tomorrow so we can have the lot paved or else it will be towed- that's great unless you are out of town. Thanks for the heads up! Things like this occurred all the time. Fees: why was I forced to pay for "valet" trash when no one would pick it up from outside my door? I live right in front of the dumpster too! Crazy. Outside: broken down & abandoned cars that sit in the parking lot for 6 months, very poorly maintained roads (the parking lots are solid sheets of ice in the winter and tons of potholes), dog poop all over the green spaces in front of units. Here are the two pros: 1) new management seems to be better than the last, but that bar was below the floor. 2) it's a cheaper option in the Indy area.

If you want to have mice running thru your living room and coming into your bedroom, this is the place for you!! I have been seeing mice since 2.11.25 and its now 3.26.25 and now not only am I seeing mice in my living room, now they are coming into my bedroom. I had to throw away 3 bags of office supplies, and miscellaneous items last week due to a mouse running into my closet in my dining room and urinating on everything!!! Its a smell you wont forget, I paid out of pocket for my carpet to be deep cleaned, now they are coming under my bedroom door running into my bedroom closet. I went out this past weekend and bought seal tight totes for some of my my things in my bedroom and that is something that I should not have to do, especially paying $1548.00 a month for rent!!! I have experienced roaches in 2023 for 4 months and only was rid of them once I paid out of my pocket and hired Orkin. Now, I have hired Orkin once again for the mice, they have caught 2 thus far. I have been lied to from the property management stating there was not a rodent issue in my building when all along, there was, If there is not a rodent issue why am I still seeing them in my apartment after the 1st mouse was seen on 2.11.25. I am overly neat and clean and I know that I should not have mice in my apartment. After the 1st sighting 2.11.25 and my meeting with the property manager on 2.14.25 I agreed that in addition to Orkin, I would be okay with their exterminator coming into my apartment when per management the building would be inspected 2.17.25, for mice. At that time on 2.17.25 the apartment's exterminator told me that he told the office there was a problem in the building with mice!!! Yet, I was told by the property manager when we met on 2.14.25 that the mouse I saw was probably a "fluke". Yeah right...The exterminator also shared that he was only here in the building to inspect 4 apartments out of 8..He told me he was instructed to inspect only the apartments attached to me....well, what about the other 4 apartments that could have mice also?? Mice travel thru the walls....what makes management think that the other 4 apartments don't have mice??? Still the other apartments WERE NEVER INSPECTED, very negligent!! When I met with the property manager on 2.14.25, she told me the BUILDING would be inspected .....not true. I called Muesing Management today and left a voicemail for the person over this property asking to break this lease which ends in November. The complex has the nerve to want me to give them a 2 month notice, and pay $2000.00 for a early out of my lease. Why should I have to pay anything to vacate these premises where mice urinate and dwell?? I work from home, I cant concentrate, I don't sleep well fearing that they will crawl all over me at night!! I was closing my door at night, they were able to crawl right thru the crack of my door and come into my bedroom, the only place I felt safe!!! I just needed to post this....they have the nerve to be running a move in special!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!

Where do I begin. This place is probably the worst place…read moreI've ever lived in. When I moved in, the maintenance and management was fantastic. But then there were two fatal shootings within feet of where I lay my head to sleep in the same week. After that, everyone on staff that I worked with left and they started contracting out the work until they found maintenance staff. In this time they accumulated hundreds of requests that were just piling up. These replacements were very nice and competent, they just were over worked and the management above them were not doing them any favors. Multiple times I was awoken in the middle of the night to domestic abuse, and once someone started beating up on their S/O in the parking lot in broad daylight. On top of the safety concerns outside of the apartment and the poor management, there was a huge mold problem throughout the entire time I lived there. The windows, doors, and inside the spray-spackled drywall was infested with mold. It has been nearly two years since I lived here and I am still recovering from the damage this did to my health and finances. I had a brain scan and multiple labs done to figure out why I was so sick all of the time until I ran out of money. We had to beg to get out of our lease. The health department was inside our residence more than the maintenance, we knew them by name. Finally, after three months of court cases that the health department submitted, we were given the opportunity to pay them the entirety of what was due in our final two months of rent so our health could recover. I have never been happier when I was able to leave this place and never look back. If you value your life, do not live here.

I would NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I lived here for a total of 5 years (two…read moreseparate units) and could not have been happier to move out, for multiple reasons. I lived here for so long given the proximity to school and work but moved out as soon as another opportunity presented itself. -Cost: The cost you are paying for the area is way too expensive. There is nothing around (restaurants, gas stations, trails, shopping) and the area is not very safe. By the time my final lease ended, I was paying $1,336 base rent (~$1,440 after water, trash, sewer, admin fees) for a 1 bed/1 bath unit, plus the other utilities I paid for (internet, electric, insurance). -Maintenance: It would take weeks for a maintenance request to be completed. Whether it is as something small as replacing a light fixture or as large as my AC unit going out, it would take at least 5-7 days for them to even come look at the item in person. My AC unit went out consistently every 3-4 months both in winter and summer. The most recent time it was 89 degrees in my apartment for 5 days before they came to my apartment. They never fixed the unit itself, as it kept breaking every few months. It got to the point where I would have to submit multiple requests in order for someone to come out. Another instance of maintenance issues is when my bedroom window was leaking. I would need to put a large bucket under the window sill every time it rained as my room was flooding. I submitted phots, videos and lengthy explanations as to where the window was leaking and where it needed to be sealed. After 4 times of them coming out to "seal it", it raining again, and my window continuing to leak. Each time I was just told we would have to wait for it to rain again to see if it worked. I ended up going to Lowes and getting sealant and doing it myself. -Poor Communication: Contacting the office is a pain. If you call, they will not pick up the phone. If you email, it will take you emailing again for them to respond. I have been in the office before and watched a worker sitting at the front desk (not busy with something else) let the phone ring and go to voicemail. -Poor Insulation: For my 830 sq ft apartment, my monthly electric bill in the winters ranged from $130-$200. I kept the heater set at no higher than 74 degrees in the winter. There would be condensation on the windows and water pooling on my window sills in the winter from how much heat I was losing through the walls. -Trash Service Inconsistent: You do not have the option to opt in/out of the trash pick-up service. You pay $30 per month for valet trash service, which only picks up 5 days per week. On the 5 days per week that they are scheduled to pick up, it is not a guarantee they come. There have been countless times where I have set my trash out to be picked up and it is still there in the morning. When reaching out to the office about why the trash service did not come, they would always say it was an outside business and they did not have control over when/why they don't come but would not offer any reimbursement for the service we were paying for. -Safety: There were 2 homicides in 2024 within 4 days of each other. The first shooting took place at ~2pm on a weekday. Residents did not receive communication from the office until 20 hours later. Residents found out about both shootings on the local news.

This after I have already confirmed the order earlier in the month and met with our sitter in person. I have been a loyal and happy customer of Fetch's for the last 5 years. That ended today. Shame on you Fetch.

This company is absolutely horrible. I will have to get my locks changed! PLEASE READ!…read more First of all the sitter arrived early for the previsit and I was working from home. She rang the doorbell multiple times while I was on a client call - I had explained in the email that I was not available till after 5 PM. After walking at the sitter through my home and explaining how to take care of my cats, I provided her my passcode to the garage and the passcode to my security system and she accepted a key to my home. The sitter accepted a gift from me upon leaving and stated she would be the permanent sitter to care for my pets if I were to use the service again. She said she would "be sure to give them love." The next day I get an email from the owner stating that the sitter felt "uncomfortable" with watching my pets and not only was she refusing service but the company would not be finding a replacement. I was not given any specifics. I live in downtown Carmel in a good area, by myself. Nothing about my home or neighborhood is threatening. This email came after the sitter accepted a gift and asked me for all my home passcodes. I feel like I'm being discriminated against by this company and or they've taken my information and then some thing with it! Either way I'm THE ONE now feeling extremely uncomfortable and uneasy with the experience of Fetch Pet Care! Also to note, I used the service in 2019 and the sitter gave one of my cats the WRONG food to a cat with a Heath condition. I chose to overlook this and continue with booking services but obviously that should've been my initial red flag to look elsewhere. Before writing this review the owner did not return my emails or calls with my concerns. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for discriminatory treatment. I've asked for the gift and my key back. In the initial email owner states Phyllis stated that my key is in the mail?! In no way should my home key be in the mail! This means it's open to being tampered with now I feel like I have to change my locks! STEER CLEAR of this company - they're incredibly unsafe, unprofessionally ran, dishonest, will treat your key without safekeeping. Your home is your safe pace and they will disrespect and violated that! I also feel that I'm being discriminated against either for my race, gender, who knows!
