Amazing selection of champagne.
Tasting. We selected a bottle after thoughtful insight from Salvatore. He opened the bottle and poured our first glass. Delicious champagne that I have never seen on any wine list. Price point for the bottle seemed very reasonable.
Interesting charcuterie came plate after plate. Skewer of olive, anchovies & pepper. Next a salmon smoked in whiskey barrels. Followed by dry aged tuna topped with Calabrian olive oil and Marcona almonds. But wait there's more a "sweet pairing" of warm chocolate pan-dolce topped with anchovie. Apparently a Michelins chef came up this one & it totally works!
