The reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is because of the limited class availability, and I have found this with most yoga studios. Om offers 1-2 classes in the morning and then (I am not 100% positive) nothing until the evening. Most working folks can't attend a 9:30 a.m. class, which makes going quite difficult. Evenings I am usually too busy. They used to offer a 6/6:30 a.m. class that was geared towards runners and/or athletes, but I believe they cancelled it. An early morning class would be incredibly helpful for those that have to go to work. That being said, when I can I will always go back.

They also have a decent number of classes throughout the day, although no morning classes before 8am. The little shop had some cute items for sale too. I tried 3 different classes with 3 different instructors and didn't like any of them. For me, yoga is all about flowing in and out of poses, but these classes had very limited flow. For example in one class we were in happy baby and then she said stand up and go into warrior 1... typically an instructor would have you flow through different poses to get to warrior 1. It felt very choppy, overall just not my style yoga.
