Elements has an excellent staff of massage therapists with varying ranges of depth so it is very easy to find matches to your desired comfort level. I have quite a few "go to's" so booking appointments is easy - IF you book far enough in advance (for us it is not a problem because we go out 3 months in advance). I love this place for massages--it's so relaxing, clean, and they really listen to and take care of clients. I've been going here pre-COVID and now, and it's consistently clean. I've tried many different massage therapists and they really adjust the pressure well and listen to how things feel, making constant adjustments as needed. I have health issues so I can't have too much heat, and they accommodate me beautifully! As I'm immunocompromised, I love that they have a few massage therapists who wear masks! The front desk is so cheerful, sweet, attentive, and truly makes you feel special. I had the membership in the past and it was a GREAT deal--wonderful way to get routine massages and save money! I would highly recommend this location for Elements Massage. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to. When booking a couples massage the receptionist was able to look at multiple dates, times and therapists. I can not rave enough about how amazing my massage with Alfonso. He checked in multiple times through the hour about pressure and speed. His hands are like magic melting down knots and stress. He has a little hot towel on the back surprise right at the beginning which really helps so much with loosening up muscles. What a great idea! He was so calm and reassuring the entire time. I go for massages very frequently. I decided to get a membership at elements massage because it was so close to home. The place was very welcoming and the therapist seemed very able and confident. When she suggested cupping I figured that would be a great way to release the stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. It was quite painful as are most of my massages since being an Athlete,I look for deep tissue. However, the next day the area of my neck that she worked on was numb and I began experiencing terrible nerve pain down my left shoulder and into the middle of my back. When I called the next day to get advice, I was told to contact my physician and maybe the manager would reach out to me. The next day I met with my doctor and based on the symptoms I apparently have some nerve damage! I am after taking a five day dose of steroids. The pain is still there and even after calling to cancel my remaining appointments and my membership. No one reached out to me. It's been 10 days and the nerve pain is still there. Unfortunately it is debilitating and now I am going to need physical therapy. While I understand that not everyone is the same and sometimes these things happen, I am very disappointed that no one reached out to me. I would never Recommend this place to anyone read more

Calling to book a couples massage was a breeze - the receptionist was friendly and helpful, plus extremely flexible when I had to call and reschedule for a different day. When my husband and I arrived, a friendly employee got us water and had us fill out an info sheet with medical info and preference on what areas to work on (for me, neck, shoulders and back for focus though it was a full body massage). The reception area is relaxing and comfortable with complimentary coffee/tea, an aromatherapy diffuser, and himalayan salt lamps. The massage itself was good at points but overall strange. The therapist (she never mentioned her name) was very nice and we agreed that mid to deep pressure would be a good start, so I was expecting what I've previously experienced from a deep tissue massage. The pressure went beyond firm into painful - pinching (I even felt her nails scraping at certain points), and deep pressure in spots there shouldn't have been (hip bone, shoulder bone). At points, it was extremely uncomfortable and I had to ask three times to go lighter - though it didn't make much difference. Again, the therapist was very sweet but it wasn't the relaxing, soothing experience I had hoped for. read more

The aromatherapy in the hallway starts your experience as you're walking to the room. I got a massage from Kayla that was excellent. I could tell she was very experienced by the different techniques she used to tailor the massage to my needs. When I asked her for a medium pressure she knew exactly what to do . They do great massages. But getting out of the membership is hell. Do not sign up. After multiple emails, poor communication of the staff and manager, and multiple calls, my account is still not closed as I requested over a month prior. At first I just wanted to pause my account. But with all the runaround I was getting, I requested a cancellation form. I sent in that form. The attempted charges were still happening everyday. THIS WENT ON FOR OVER A MONTH AND IS STILL GOING ON. Even when I chose to forfeit anything on my account, they are still attempting to charge me for the membership that I do not want. I filled out all of the forms. This has been going on since early March. Do not sign up. It is not worth the stress when you want to close. This is an update after he replied to my review. He is not being completely truthful. This is sad. I was on the phone with them last week. And the charge is still trying to go through. All forms were sent in the day I received them. The problem is the staff and communication. Like I said communication is poor. Don't do it. They charged my card. I just realized. I dont know how they got my new card and account information. Be wary of membership terms! After your intro massage the receptionist are very friendly and convince you that you can keep the intro price if you sign up for the membership. Cancelling however is a nightmare. I was not made aware that there would be a cancellation fee and that you have to give them an absurd 30 day notice. Trying to get ahold of the manager to cancel was also extremely difficult and required several follow ups. I called to book a couples massage on a Wednesday and we were seen that Friday. We were the last appointment of the night but with the time and care the massage therapists took it certainly didn't feel like it. Both my boyfriend and myself felt very comfortable communicating with massage therapists during the massage and I really felt like they took the time to meet me where I was at.
