You're screwed) We bought $300 worth of clothes and we actually went to Francesca's a few doors down and found better items. We tried to return our clothes within the same 5 minutes and were told we cannot return. If we knew this we wouldn't have even bought the items. The staff wasn't helpful with this ordeal and the manager has no say in anything just the owner for whatever reason. I've worked plenty of retail places and I can tell you now if I didn't give out our policy verbally on certain items my manager would over rule the policy because that is the staffs fault. The associate that helped us was Maritza and she was amazing!
