Charlie and his brothers are lifesavers. I was driving cross country from LA to Chicago in April 2026. I popped my tires right outside of OKC on a tiny residential road. It was just after sunset and I was near broke. I waited nearly three hours for AAA to pair me up with a tow service (which of course they never did). I was pulling at my hair not knowing what to do. It was dark. I was stranded in a city I didn't know. AAA let me down. That's when I decided to seek out a local tow service and discovered that AZ Towing was only a few blocks down. Charlie was there in under 10 minutes around 1 AM. He was super helpful in giving advice and reassurance to me, a new driver with little money, and told me that I could even get my tow invoice reimbursed by AAA! When I expressed concerns about possibly needing to have my rims replaced by Discount Tire, he called his brother who offered to sell me the 4-set of his fancy new tires for only $200! I slept in the Discount Tire parking lot that night and they drove out at 3 AM just to deliver those new tires. The next morning, Charlie even drove out to Discount Tire to talk to the manager and make sure he wasn't trying to screw me. I ended up getting my tires replaced by Discount Tire entirely for FREE (despite not having a warranty) all because Charlie came to help me out. Ultimately, I didn't end up needing my rims replaced so I gave the fancy tires back to Charlie and his brothers and they gave me my money back. Great guys, wishing them the best.

My mother was involved in an accident a few days ago, Car cab is the company the police called. A young gentleman I don't exactly remember his name I'm pretty sure it was kaden or Jaiden. He got there made it quick to clean up the road so the cars got out of the way of traffic and as my mother is very distraught being in the accident this amazing young man took about 10 minutes of his time to sit there and calm my mother down explained every single detail she needed to know and even tried to comfort her from a personal standpoint. His exact words were "sweetheart your life is far more important than this car, just breathe , we will figure it out". To see such a young man be able to address a situation like that as well as promptly do the job he was called for really made me see that some people really got raised right.
