The extra services are a little pricey. The gentleman checking me out after car was finished I felt didnt want to answer any of my questions he seemed uninterested. NW Highway store. Have been a customer for many years. They were great for the first several years…read morenoticed that over the last year they have let customer service become almost non existent. Went three times last week to get air pressure adjusted. Waited 20 minutes and left without anyone acknowledging my presence. Went back twice more waited 15 minutes each time once again with several workers around they totally ignored me. Very frustrating especially as I was driving on $3600. worth of tires they had sold me. Found another source and will not be bothering them anymore.
