Heres a little story to tell about why, since there are SO many realtors out there, when you come across good ones, you have to share :)... When purchasing my home I felt extremely comfortable and supported for the scary event of buying my first home! It was a smooth transaction from shopping to closing. They understood my needs and worked really hard for me. However, when I really noticed Micah and Stephanies experience and where they really shined was during the sale I was unsure of the outcome when I placed my home on Aveley Place in Clairemont for sale, on January 16th. In fact, I've never owned or sold a home before. I was inclined to believe all the horror stories of properties being on the market for days and days with no worthwhile results. Nevertheless, Micah and Stephanie were both professional, hard working, and great communicators. They responded quickly to every email and phone call from both me and my parents. I want you to know that as events unfolded, I was beyond thrilled when my they presented me with multiple offers above my listing price - that is, within just 3 days of placing my home on the market... I purchased the home for $420,000 in February of 2012. Later, I put it on the market, on January 16, 2013. That's less than one year after I bought it! (Incidentally, I did not make any improvements to the home.) After reviewing multiple offers, I accepted one. I was beyond excited when we opened an escrow only a few days after my home was listed for sale. The final sales price was $527,500! That was $107,500 more than I paid for the property, back in 2012. Actually, I did not plan on flipping it. I sold my home because personal circumstances changed and I decided to downsize. I was more than delighted to have generated a very surprising profit - over such a short period of time! :))) So just have to give credit to these girls who I will most definitely played a huge part in the success and ease of this experience.
