You know when you meet that type of a person that the minute you start talking to them that this is somebody that is different? By different I mean doing things differently in a good way. Jessica has such compassion and empathy for her customers, she is truly an excellent listener. The listing for our property was phenomenal. The video and photography that her staff did were top notch. What we got with Jessica is somebody who actually listens to what we had to say and then delivered on it. That is so hard to find nowadays, so often we run into people who tell you on the front end what they're going to do and then on the back end they ghost you or they don't deliver or they make excuses but you won't have that with Jessica she really really digs deep and works extremely hard to give the customer what they're looking for and if she can't do it she'll be forthcoming with you and let you know that that's a bridge too far perhaps or whatever the case might be but with Jessica you're really going to get somebody who is going to try their best to work with you and to give you what it is that you're trying to get and at the end of the day that's really all you can ask for. Another thing with Jessica that I don't want to overlook in sharing with people in my review is that she's very responsive there were other agents that they said they would get something to me by the next business day or within the next two to three business days and then a week or two would go by and I would hear nothing and I would have to chase them down to get information you know frustrating that is? I can't even begin to get into that but the point I'm making here is you send a message via text to Jessica and should get back to you as soon as possible usually for the most part in my experience has been within that same business day if possible if not the business day thereafter unless there's some random thing going on that would prevent that from happening which is extremely rare. And that's my point somebody who will respond to you is what you're going to get when you hire Jessica and he will not be sorry believe me. When it comes to hiring people I'm pretty picky I will decide fairly early on if I want to deal with someone or not and if they start to flake out on me or whatever then I'm not going to do business with them and I cut ties very quickly with Jessica I really wanted to see if she was as advertised and I was extremely impressed that she was and she is the real thing so that's why for me I'm writing this review because there's not many people like her and that is who I would recommend and refer people to every time. In terms of value Jessica at Native Real Estate you have to ask yourself just how much attention would I get from a corporate real estate type company that has 100,000 customers on a regular basis versus a shop that's dedicated to Quality versus quantity? So that might mean I'm going to take on less customers and in doing so I'm going to provide a higher level of value to my customers. And when it comes to getting value that's exactly what I'm looking at with Native real estate you can't even compare the two yes a corporate real estate company can get a job done and they'll do generally speaking a good job but I know with Jessica and Native real estate she will do an amazing job and provide excellent value so for me this is an upgrade I can't argue with this so again Native Real Estate wins here too and in doing so you the future customer wins as well because you get a better value.

So we are getting the keys to our home today from Emerald. I told myself to write her a review. I…read morethought it would be a quick 3 minute recap; however it took me a little bit longer than expected. Not that I don't have anything to say, I just want to make sure to give her proper credit for being such an amazing real estate agent. In this hot real estate market, information is king; and Emerald is extremely skill at moving and accessing information. Anybody can go to Zillow or Redfin to search for properties; however Emerald able to get our first dip in properties/listing that not yet available to the public and sometimes other agents. I would say 3 out 4 properties that she was showing to us fall into that category. As the result, we are able to find our dream home and Emerald was able to help us negotiate the price and sign our contract after 2 weeks. Regarding accessibility, Emerald is great at getting back to us no matter how late it was. She is also a walking Angie List / Yellow Pages with incredible connection to any home-related professions. She also attended every single inspections during escrow and even let us skipped out on couple of them. It was a nice to be able to take a mini 2 days vacation with my wife during this time. She made us feel like we are her number one client. If you are a first time home buyer and with Emerald, you will become an experience, savvy buyer. And if this is not your first time, you will be glad of how much easier it is for you compare to your previous buying experiences. We went to the open house on the property we needed up buying and inquired on it a day later. She told us she'd work with us in lowering the price a couple of thousand dollars if we hired her as our agent so as to offset the cost to her sellers. We agreed to it, were already approved through a lender but went through hers as well and it was a fairly smooth process since she was representing us both. Heard from her once more after emailing her a question while working to get insured. Brand new to SD/ Chula Vista and had to figure out utilities on our own. Fine since we've bought a home before in another state and had to figure it there as well. Side note to agents if any are actually reading feedback: make a list of what's available in the area for your buyers. It's a nice touch and will be remembered. Fast forward a year later. We have to relocate again out of state and are selling our home decided not to use Emerald and have discovered the city doesn't have the needed permits. We have emailed, called left messages for Emerald and have not heard back weeks later. Hence us leaving this review. Big believer in if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all but this all just feels very wrong. Emerald- shame in you for not disclosing important information while selling us the house and now more shame to you for refusing to speak with us. Money comes and goes but I doubt you will be successful in any part of life conducting business this way. Unethical and just poor manners. Hope this review helps fix your business' short comings.
