It took 3 visits, 2 test drives, each 2 weeks apart and no annoying phone calls at inconvenient times (thank you Marc) Marc was very helpful giving us just the right amount of info without overwhelming. On 2/7/23 I left my truck at Regan's to have a O2 sensor put in and have the lower radiator hose…read moreclamps checked because there was some anti-freeze leaking from that area on 2/4/23 when it was -25 degrees in the morning when I started it. The day I dropped the truck off, the service writer Austin called me around 9:30 and told me the truck was done. One of the hose clamps was changed last year so I asked him if they had to change the old rusted clamp and he told me yes. After I picked the truck up and got it home I checked to see what they put on for a clamp and the old one was still on the radiator hose. They didn't change either radiator hose clamp but they charged me for doing it. Today was the first day I was able to get to Regan's before they closed and I talked to Austin about It and he wouldn't do anything about it. He just told me they wouldn't charge me for something they didn't do but the same clamps were on the hoses that were on them when I dropped the truck off. I will never go back there to have any work done on any vehicle that's for sure!!!!!! Jamie Hutchins

There was no heavy or pushy sales pitches to get me to purchase and they even put the vehicle up on a ramp for me to inspect the underneath. When I picked the vehicle up the next day Mike explained every little detail on the paperwork before signing. He spent at least an hour with my wife and I showing us every feature and how it works on the vehicle. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I highly recommend doing business with them.
