I am a pro member and spend ALOT of money with gnc. Every store i have been to I've either had minimal help from staff, been lied to, or been treated terribly. As GM of multiple small retail locations. I would not enployee half of the people I have encountered at other locations, or with customer service at the 800 number. But then i met April yesterday. She spent over an hour with me helping me, informing me, and educating me. All while making me feel like she cares. To corporate: April just saved, and retained a customer. I will now be driving 30 minutes out of my way everytime i need something simply because of the passion she has. You folks need more April's. Don't lose her. She is the best thing your brand has to offer.

Whey is one item I don't buy here because the price isn't very competitive at all. Sooooooo professional and attentive. 0-star for the scheduling / appointmens... The system allows users to double-book a given timeslot! So, two people at 10:00, two people at 10:15, etc.... The nurse ends up finishing work at 8:00 instead of 6:00 to clear the backlogs! This is frustrating for everyone.... customers and employees.... This is not how a health clinic should run. I should have just done a chargeback after getting the phone call pulled because I was already offered a refund in return for the video of the flaw! 2 hours invested to try to get glass handled that is very clearly flawed if you can see how thin it was on some part of the pipe. a toothpick sized hole like this would not be detected even if I did your "so-called water test" your staff did NOT suggest. I thought you were a glass shop, yet you aren't willing or knowledgeable enough to inspect glass to see if it was indeed flawed upon manufacturing? Irrespective of the fact the pipe was used, 1) its clearly manufacturing 2) if you gave me $1 for iso alcohol I'd have cleaned it out, but with the amount of time i've spent on the phone I shouldn't have to spend more going down to the store to deal with this. My issue felt like it was not taken seriously as a customer and I felt forced to assert my stance as an honest customer trying to get things resolved during the phone interactions.
