The people who work here are informative, polite, and extremely friendly. The store itself is very VERY clean and well taken care of. There's absolutely no question that this is a fantastic place to go if you're looking for alternative treatments for pain, anxiety... etc. Regarding the store, the product and the people, there's really not much more to say, five stars all around. What follows is my opinion of drug stores out in the open like this, and you're more than welcome (obviously) to stop reading: I strongly approve and promote stores like this because they put a product out in the open for all to see... this creates transparency and communication. As we're living in a drug dependent age here in America, and more specifically an opioid epidemic, personally I feel it's more important than ever to promote open discussions about the different drugs floating around in our country. In Idaho, Kratom is a purchase that can be made legally at smoke shops and sometimes rather unsavory drug stores. The people at these stores usually know nothing about the drug they're giving out. CBD Kratom is an example of the exact opposite; a clean and well regulated shop with people who know and understand what they're selling. As a country... and in our own families, we have a tendency to shut down discussions about our vices; rather than empathizing and learning more, we judge and jump quickly to conclusions about drug use. This can lead to our loved ones feeling even more alienated and alone, and cause further abuse of the drugs they could be utilizing or ignoring altogether. Whether you are fine with recreational drug use like I am, or completely opposed, communication and connection is a strong combatant of addiction. So personally I feel that having stores like CBD Kratom is a step in the right direction. My opinions are certainly arguable as this topic is incredibly nuanced, but one thing that I feel is demonstrable is the human connection I felt when I stepped into the store. We need more of that... more people with us talking about our problems... and solutions. I use kratom conservatively for long flights and pain... I don't abuse it, but I still approach it with caution. I loved being able to have an intellectual discussion about Kratom in this store, and I hope more people discuss the positives and negatives of alternative medicine all around. read more

Skye and the other girls at CBD Kratom are so helpful! This was my first time in a CBD store and the staff are very knowledgeable about their product. I discovered CBD Kratom from their high google rating and decided to check it out. Unbeknownst to me, some CBD edibles in Texas contain THC. I thought this was illegal but apparently not. I had recently gotten some edibles from Colorado so I had something very good to compare it to. These were just as good as a 20mg THC edible from a dispensary - maybe better! I ate a gummy and was feeling very nice. After an hour, I ate one more. Slept like a baby and I can still feel it the next day. From now on, one is enough. Wow! So happy to know we have these options in Texas now. This is such a game changer!! And although the staff won't make medical claims, I will. As a person with MS, I cannot recommend these highly enough!! It won't cure anything but it sure makes you feel better. Lastly, the store is so cute! I randomly found Kratom randomly and I'm very glad I did. My 10 year old lab has always suffered from chronic ear infections, itchy skin and licking his paws. Since he was a pup, we frequently took him to the veterinarian. We tried changing his food, even making his food, different shampoos, ear cleaners, eating more raw foods, you name it, tried it. Some things have helped more than others, but nothing has helped him more than a regular regimen of CBD. When I found Kratom, I just started giving Diezel cbd in a tincture form. It was hard to tell how much I was giving him each time. There was an improvement in the ear scratching, nonetheless. When I found Kratom, one of their many awesome associates showed me some treats and And tinctures first dogs. I bought the salmon ones, which had limited ingredients in it . I picked up a tincture for myself and a few of the curious brownies for energy and for relaxation, just for fun. Diezel will definitely be one of their returning customers for the rest of his life. The improvement in him overall is amazing: the ear scratching and licking is at an all time low, he limps less , and he acts like he's 5 years old again. He plays more, he does a little gallup when I come home, I haven't seen him do that in years! Everyone who works there is really great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and there is something for everyone in there. As far as my experiences with the products, the energizing brownies are no joke! They have caffeine and other energizing ingredients and man it worked. My boyfriend tried both relaxing brownies, and both knocked him right out. I'm charging my review to one star because they pressure you to make a review when you're in there 5 stars too....... Anyway I was new to River Oaks area and this place OVERCHARGES. I found better Kratom for 20 for 90 grams.. not 90 grams for $100. There's so much better places for delta 8 and CBD around Houston. I feel like this place over charges because they're in a high end area. Ripping people off. The Kratom they have isn't even from Texas or Florida (where usually it's shipped or grown from) other then getting Thailand Kratom. They don't even know about their products, had to waste HUNDREDS of dollars and came in like everyday. I'm so glad other Kratom and CBD users said that's not the right pricing. Houston is big, I'm new to the area, and I checked out a few other local places..... & they charge $20 for 3.0 oz while you'd have to pay hundreds for 3 oz. they don't even sell by ounces, they just charge basically a dollar per gram. Better off getting stuff from the streets with their pricing but I will say Sky & the nice friendly girl with the red hair are amazing individual's. This place is a total scam. read more

My biggest regret of the year was coming here. As soon as we walked in they started following us trying to push us to buy stuff even though we said we were just looking and didn't need help. We bought a few items and they overcharged me by more than $50. I immediately let them know while I was still there and they said they could only offer me a gift certificate for that amount. I live 19 hours away and was visiting so I said it would have to be a refund. They got my info and said the manager would call me and refund me. This was in August, it is now the end of December--it took them over 4 months to give me my money back and I had to call them over 6 times. Waste of my time and money, never again!!! read more
