I was visiting Houston for a week and received great recommendations from a young Asian man and left shop content with a solid vape. I came back a few days later and again was greeted and helped by really friendly staff, a young man with curly hair. I got a 1500 puff Hyde vape which was faulty and leaking so I walked back in and they happily got me another one, no questions asked, which I opened and tried in the shop to make sure it was good- turned out to be another faulty one. So they ended up giving me a 4000 puff one on the house to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend this place--friendly and honest staff and very great pricing on all their selections. read more

Really good place to go if you're looking for medicinal botanicals to help with anxiety or pain/inflammation. They've got an excellent selection of CBD products, including vapes and edibles, and they've also got a good selection of kratom, which is extremely unusual for a smoke shop. Many places try and pedal kratom as some sort of recreational high, which it most definitely is not, and just have one pack of overpriced pills or something without even saying which strain it is. So it was really neat to see it here being sold here in a more informed and helpful context. Back to the CBD stuff. I got some sour gummies yesterday to use for anxiety issues, and they worked beautifully. Came back today and got a CBD vape, which is also excellent. The employees there were super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable as well, which means I'll keep coming back instead of just ordering stuff from websites. Highly recommended this place if you struggle with anxiety, insomnia, or chronic pain, but don't want to waste a bunch of money on crappy products from a shady random stoner store. Store has a temperature measuring device as soon as you walk in, a good sign as responsible business. Staff is/was very friendly, knowledgeable and by no means condescending to educate a person about their products. To the contrary very eager and enthusiastic about explaining and educating a person. Omg! This place is incredible! Their prices are nearly unbelievable. For instance the same item I bought recently at a Heights area smoke-type shop was, swear to God, three times more than what was being charged here. The guys who work in the shop are friendly, knowledgeable, and we're nice to my dog! I liked their selection of products for vaping, although a few more ejuice brands would be nice to see. This is my 3rd review regarding the the issue of eado employees ignoring customers to watch TV or play on their phones. Making it awkward for me to get something behind the counter, without having to yell hello at the ladies in the back, asking if I can get some help. The girl with the pink hair asking me what I want, while still sitting on the couch is by far the laziest thing i have ever witnessed. My last 2 experiences had me walking around the store looking for staff and finding them in the back watching tv. Then the employees stall around to see who would help me first as if I were a nuisance to them. This store has the rudest staff in the area. I'll be having friends record their experience with this store and posting it. Keep an eye out for my post as the owners love to hide the truth from people instead of doing something about the issue. I will keep posting and they will keep deleting. I don't normally post reviews but I had to share my past 2 horrendous experiences at this store. On the 1st I came in to grab a few things and walked into a ghost town shop, no one in sight other than me saying hello 4 times. I walked toward the back of the shop and see a girl with pink hair is staring intensely at the tv until i finally screamed hello at her. She turned around said hi and asked what I needed, without ever getting off the couch. I never felt so awkward trying to get service. Last Friday I walked in and same thing happened again but with two girls on the couch glued to their phones with me walking around screaming hello, then they finally saw me and hesitated long to see which one had to help me out, making me feel weird yet again. First time here. I wasn't sure how the staff was going to be. Seeing as in my opinion Eastend (old school 2 Ward here) has changed so much. I thought the staff was going to be some yuppie ass young punk. But dude! So not the case these people were awesome! So down to earth and helpful. They were super knowledgeable and friendly.
