Update: Took away one star. They have a (privacy invasive) Amazon Alexa in the store and no sign warning it is there. As of June 2021 Alexa scans for WiFi and Bluetooth devices, so if you go into this CBD store with a cell phone or any Bluetooth device Amazon immediately knows who you are and that you are in this store! So you can walk into this place & later when you shop Amazon it can push CBD or Hemp products at you. I'd expect a place like this to respect my privacy. read more

I was sold on the caring and compassionate customer service alone. I suffer from preexisting chronic pain conditions even before the stage IV breast cancer diagnosis. Waking up ill, stiff, in excruciating pain, still fatigued, without appetite, and barely sleeping -- staying positive even to fight through everyday is a battle all in itself. I worked with Austin, who had a family member also diagnosed, and was familiar with my lamentations. Not only was he knowledgeable on the products, but was able to point me in the direction of ones more suited for my problems (and with a couple of samples). The staff here is absolutely phenomenal! I'm not sure what the other review is about (competitor store?) but I've only had outstanding interactions, especially with Jackie! She helped me the first time I came in and gave me a whole shop tour while explaining what CBD is and how it works. She then sat down with me and gave me a consultation to better understand my issues and how they can best help. Walked out with a tincture and some gummies - since then I've been great! I don't know what I love more about this store - the staff, the environment, the products, or the knowledge I received! Every time I've come in here I've been helped in a timely and friendly manner. The staff, especially Jackie and Natalie, is so phenomenal and knowledgeable. They broke down the basics of CBD for me and helped point me in the direction of products that would help me out. Since I've returned, they've always helped me find what I need and picked out new products for me to fall in love with! I've sent multiple friends over to see Jackie, and now Natalie as well, and they all feel so welcomed upon coming in and educated upon leaving! I notice there are a chain of these stores so I would like to start my review by stating my review is based on the CBD Plus on Little RD next to Cici's pizza Arlington TX. As you walk into the store there is a sign that reads "We don't sell CBD we specialize in CBD." I think upper management should also consider most importantly specializing in customer service, without customer service you don't sell anything. Walking into the store from 10 years of extensive cannabis and hemp experience from a California native I am very disappointed in my first store encounter in TX. I came in with the intention to support my fellow extended community but realized very quickly I wouldn't support this business even if they paid me to. The gentleman we first spoke with was very polite, Jackie on the other hand, who is supposed to be the store manager was very unpleasant. She walked into the store with an attitude and as I said Hello she just looked at me. I've opened dispensaries in California, the real dispensaries, from the trap shops, to the mom and pops, to the pioneers, and finally to the hedge funds, multiple CBD stores and lounges. In fact the time it has taken me to write this review is already money for me. Sometimes too often I hear Texans say people from California are rude, well I can promise you will never walk into any of the stores I affiliate with and feel unwelcomed. We smile and greet every single person that walks in like most business's should. As I continued to ask a question Jackie didn't even turn her body towards me but rather just her head insinuating she was annoyed by her reaction and wanted to walk away. I spent maybe a full 10 Min in the store and the first 5 min was already enough for me. To Jackie, you have the best job in the world right now, try to enjoy it while it's still here because everything is temporary especially in the Hemp and Cannabis world. Right now more than ever is a very important time for stores like this. Working in this industry for 10 years people like Jackie wouldn't survive in a pioneer state like California.
