I had scheduled a limo pick up, so my granddaughter could enjoy the experience and kick off the start of the trip. Of course, there was no limo. $100 later (taxi), we made it to our hotel. If the concierge hadn't been experienced and knowledgeable, we would have missed both a catamaran cruise and a trip to Alcatraz, both of which I prepaid. The concierge was able to help us see and experience everything San Francisco has to offer. I would highly recommend staying at the Zephyr Hotel and working with Zaheeta (not spelled right.) Before I worked with Noeline on my San Francisco trip, a few friends and I scheduled a trip to Memphis for next week through Noeline. (At the time, I hadn't been to San Francisco yet.) We just found out the shuttle to the hotel that she set up for us isn't available when we land, so we're scrambling to figure out how to get there. And, again, Noeline is MIA. We've tried texting, phoning and emailing her. So, if you want to use a travel agent, USE ANYONE BUT HER.
