The space itself was spacious and well-thought-out. The open layout made it easy to move around, and it felt both cozy and expansive at the same time. The living room was comfortable with plush seating and subtle decor that made the space feel homely. Full service sites. Three nice bathroom/shower combo's although one was out of service while I was there. For size of park, not enough bathrooms. Lines each morning. Nice people in front office, dumpsters conveniently located. Nice little dog park with some turf and a bit of shade. Poop bag dispensers and waste cans conveniently placed. Ground was clean. Everyone I met at dog park was friendly and picked up after their dogs. Facility also has a. Umber of tiny homes for rent on property. Because of traffic, it's a bit of a haul into Sedona, but this is about as close as you can get with full service sites. I'll be back

They also had wifi, tv, and everything you need!! They have a cute loft on top for the kiddos and my son absolutely loved it! They have a a dog potty area, tennis/pickle ball court, playground, pool, hot tub, splash pad area (it was not on when we were there) fire pit, an arcade area, shuffle board, pool table, and a reading area. Arrived at the resort, checked in and given directions to our site. We stayed in a wagon…read more The concept was great but the wagon needs some repairs badly. The bunk beds squeak and the ladder rattles whenever a person is on them. One turnover at night and everyone wakes up to the rattles. The door is cracked and see thru light. Most of the 8 wagons doors are cracked. The people right next door were long term there. I have been to many RV resorts and not one had full time people living there. Met some residents there that have been living there over 2 years. A group of kids (teenager and preteens) arrived in the bathrooms for showers and took 3/4 and the floors were flooded after. Drains working but the kids were wild and noisy while in shower. No reason floors flooded by toilets and sink. I was doing laundry. Dogs taken into laundry room with sign that says no dogs allowed except service dogs. These dogs were not trained service dogs. The day before checkout, The next door neighbors were dropping F bombs every few words and the adults seem to be arguing with 2 young children, 1 an infant, were crying while adults yelling. The pool water was cloudy and the tile on the pool was filthy. The splash pad was so calcified and other minerals that the yellow, red colors were white looking. Looks like maintenance is lacking there a lot. Campers don't follow rules and no one is there to enforce. We left a day early because of the language going on and neighbors. Upon check out reported this to the person at checkout. She stated they have had some issues with the people, yet they are still there. Could be a great place, but needs cleaned up and campers need to be removed if can't follow rules. That comes from management. I would not go back.

Lights are about the same, jump out while you're wet and wave your arms around. I have been here a week and haven't seen any activities like in the past. They used to have pool tournaments once a week it was a really enjoyable group of folks when I visited. Now if you want to play a game of pool. You have to call and have someone come and unlock the pool balls. They used to have corn hole bag toss get togethers as well. I don't see any of those gatherings and meeting new folks like in the past. Im sure it's a difficult task being kid friendly and trying to appeal to us folks that are here to have some adult time and relax. My over all experience this time staying here. The owner is difficult to work with starting when trying to pay. He won't accept this, he won't accept that, etc. He argued about every complaint, denies everything. Don't be fooled by 5-star reviews - they are mostly from the owners' relatives or years old when there was a previous owner. Neighbors of the property are aware of the problems from previous renters, and helped us find other lodging with 3 bedrooms and a garage for only slightly more cost. We left our 3-month term after one week.

There five choices of places to rent from. Some are either 2 or 3 bedrooms. These places are beautiful! We stayed in Gamble Oak which is a two story, three bedroom cabin with a wraparound balcony. There was a fire pit for an evening campfire (supplied with precut wood) and plenty of spots around it to go for a hike or a bike ride. The living room was nice and spacious with large windows so you can soak in plenty of nature. They had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and cups you can use. If you are in need of entertainment, we had both Netflix and Hulu choices along with pretty decent Wifi. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely make a return visit. The only issue was the 3 mile dirt road leading up to the cabins. It can be pretty bumpy for a smaller car. Spruce Mtn rentals are very pet friendly and require a small deposit fee.
