I've tried making appointments with other places in the IE that won't call me back, answer the phone or a Dm. I really was fed up before speaking to her. And I'm so glad that it was easy to book with her. First. She washed my hair not once, but TWICE. I can't remember the last time my hair was that clean. Last person to wash my hair twice was my mama lol Second. She finished my hair soooo fast. I have super thick hair and it always takes longer than expected to break down. She did all the detangling and blow drying hella fast. And when she pressed it out? She used a HOT COMB. I mean. Energyyyyy. Then finished out with the other tool. My hair hasn't been this straight in YEARS. My hair was fire. I received SO many compliments. So I made the appointment. When I arrived to the shop Christine was already there ready to get started. She did a quick consultation and evaluation.l and washed and conditioned my hair. As I was sitting under the dryer she noticed my lace front needed some additional care( as I said this was my first lace front experience and I didn't know what to do). She also trimmed my ends at no additional charge. Unlike other beauticians she doesn't nickel and dime you for additional thing she does to your hair to ensure it continue to stay healthy. Christine educated me on the do's and don'ts when having the lace front in. She showed me different hairstyles and the proper way to maintain the hair. Typically I expect to be at the salon ALL DAY with all types of shenanigans . I was out in like 4hr or less, she was not overbooked, didn't have to wait. I had color done, came by the day before my appointment to drop off my weave and discuss colors, my color turned out great. My wash/blowdry felt fabulous,I'd just taken braids out. She asked me about my HAIR GOALS, I was really impressed because I think that is important for like long term care at full service type salons. This was probably the best hair experience I've ever had in a beauty shop. I was kind of skeptical of any beauty shops only because I have had bad experiences with them. However Christine changed the game. She catered to the fact that I was natural and she did an excellent job in making sure that my hair was taken care of delicately. Not only that but she was super fast. She washed my hair blow-dried it braided it and weaved it up in about 2 hours which is almost unheard of. But best of all is that she has perfected her craft and is a pro at it.
