Had radio speakers put in doors and sub box by Lake Side Auto about 4 years ago. Notice a bad speaker so we took it here to see if they could find out which speaker it was and replace it. Kyle took it back popped off the panels and discovered the original speakers were still in the door and the back passenger speaker was an old rusty kenwood. They screwed me. Kyle got what we wanted, did the job right as always and now sounds so much better. We also had our Ram 2500 leveled there and turned out really well!! We always had top notch customer service there!! Which is hard to come by anymore!! I highly recommend them!! read more

Our key fob accidentally slipped inside our console where it had to be taken apart to retrieve it. Thankfully we were right by Cc Plus and Robert took care of us! He was so friendly and methodical taking great care to not damage anything. In the end, he wouldn't charge us. We are very grateful for them. read more

CC Plus screwed me over when I tried to get service for a few custom accessories on my Jeep. A lot of song and dance on initial contact, then poor follow through using technicians who are of low caliber in terms of training. Convinced me they are only in business to rip off anyone hey can and have no real compunction about doing it. Could not be more negatively impressed. I RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. If they're anything like the interaction I had with a short, older man in the Whataburger parking lot in Willis this morning with their uniform shirt on they'll screw you over so fast your head will spin. He backed into my car and then blamed it on me. Told me I shouldn't have "cut" in line behind him. I was just trying to turn into the parking lot to get my food and was behind him. He turned into the drive through and then, because he has a huge truck that he obviously could not see out of, he backed into me because he said he was trying to get into a different lane. I can't even open the door now. My windshield wiper fluid container is busted, my bumper has a hole from his hitch, the grill is falling off and it's driving funny. He probably broke a tie rod because he was going pretty good when he hit me since I was about 6-8 feet from him when he started reversing and it was slightly downhill. But he let me know that since it was a parking lot I couldn't do anything and he wasn't going to do anything. My car isn't nice but it's all I have. I can't just "make a claim" on my insurance. That will be an at fault on me and it will go up. I can't afford that. He acted like I was such a loser for getting upset that he'd done this to my car. He literally backed over me and was puzzled that I was even concerned about it. So, again, if you want someone to be rude, condescending and incredibly unethical you'll want to shop at CCPlus. He knew the damage he'd caused and didn't want to make it right. Everybody in Whataburger saw it. He literally didn't even order or get food, he just drove off. What a horrible little man. read more

Everyone was extremely nice, yes there are different associates that handle each aspect of the front end. Prices were reasonable. I mean back in March I couldn't find ammo and paid $75+ elsewhere. These guys don't know what business they want to be in and the service is not good with any of it, they are so busy overcharging the wealthy people in the area you cannot even get their attention if you don't drive up in a 50k or more vehicle. The gun shop is a joke full of weekend warriors. They have made so much money screwing people, the partners that ran the place have split up and now one of them is running another shop at Walden road offering the same subpar service and knowledge at the same extreme prices. Had to leave 1 star. Had them install a head unit in my jeep. Was told lifetime warranty on installs. The box for the front speakers dislodged and dropped behind my glove box. Made a 9am appt. to have them fix it since none of the front speakers work. They told me it would not be covered, did not know how much it would cost to fix, and were not sure when they would get to it. What was the point of an appointment? read more

took my truck in to have some light kits installed. done for a reasonable price and time frame. 1st time we got alot of rain i started having problems with my lights so returned and was told all 4 of my ballasts were bad. i got with the manaf. of the kits, and they said could not all 4 go bad so they sent me a test kit.as it turns out the right kit was working. so they lied to me. took to another shop with 4 new kits to replace the others and both left kits were removed and only 1 returned to me from cc+. the right side had both high beam kits installed. so not only did they lie to me but installed the kits improperly as they are all marked, 35 watt low beam, and 55 watt high beam.so total cost to me over $600 thanks to they improper installation. read more

I had a very enlightening conversation with one of their extremely knowledgeable sales people there this afternoon. I was looking at hunting knives and the cap I had on came to light. There is a long side story involved, but in the conversation I was thoroughly educated to the fact that anyone who is in Grizzly country with anything less than a 10 MM hand gun is obviously a fool based on what the sales person had read on the internet. Complete with head shaking disbelief on his part about the side story where bear spray was the only thing that the guy who was charged at close range was able to bring to bear... No pun intended. My guess is the salesman has likely never seen a bear beyond a zoo and it was probably a black bear. No handgun of any type will stop an enraged Grizzly charge at close range unless the shooter is just extremely lucky. Not even a 10 MM Whatever........ I had planned to buy a knife but I didn't want to be preached to about any additional theories about bears garnered from the internet, so I walked out. The store itself looks like it has promise but it won't achieve much with the attitude that I saw on display this afternoon. No mas for me walking through their doors ever again. read more

I have tried on several occasions to do business with these guys due to their product inventory and proximity to where I live vs having to drive to Houston but damn. They guys are the biggest assholes I have met. They treat their customers like a nuisance and are completely annoyed when somebody ask them a questions. Good store. Done many transactions on guns, Ammo, lift kits, lights, tires. Good people and service. Prices are the lowest on handguns but paying an extra $20 on a $500 gun not a big deal and they are convenient with a nice selection. Great multi purpose store with quality merchandise. read more

Was initially charged for 5 hours of service to install a front and back bumper on my Jeep. I bought the bumpers and delivered them the day before installiation. On the day of installiation,one of the men that work the front desk claimed that since the bumpers had fog lights on them, they would need to charge me two more hours now to finish my Jeep. I went to the shop area and saw the guy that was initially working on my Jeep putting a new rim/ tire on a Tesla! I was shocked!! He saw me standing there and stated....."I'll get back to working on your Jeep in a few minutes...I've got to get this new rim/ tire on this Tesla....." I was of course not happy because I was basically paying the hourly rate for the worker to fix the Tesla and not my Jeep!! When the Jeep was done, I left and when arriving home realized there were screws missing on the lights in the bumper and all the lights were flopping around!!!! DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHARGED A OVER HIGH AMOUNT FOR THE WORST SERVICE! This place is a joke!!!! read more

This place doesn't even deserve a star. They charged me 108 dollars for installing 2 regular headlight bulbs, which took 3 hours and then took my HED conversion kit and kept them. I had to fight with them to get them back, finally had to get my stepdad to go up there. Don't go here unless you like to be overcharged and robbed. read more

This is the best shop I have worked with , the hour drive from Houston is completely worth it . Have been doing business with them for a couple years now, small alarm install , grill guard install & hard wire install on my radar detector . Recently brought in my truck for a big make over . New tires , new suspension(w/ alignment ) with self leveling on them and a new grill guard with tint and new viper alarm . I would like to give a big thanks to Brent who always takes time and treat me and my truck like if it was his own , he spent time sending me different estimates & options(since I was unsure of what I wanted), and of course looking for things that will fit my truck without having problems in the future , he make sure to give me quality parts that fit my truck and tires . Gave me a very reasonable and competitive price without no hiding charges . Brought in my truck Wednesday morning , & again Brent kept giving me updates on it until the delivery of my truck on Friday afternoon . Between Wednesday drop off and Friday pick up , went on a Thursday to look at it , and get again big thanks to Brent for taking time and showing me where the process stands and what was being done to it . Poor service. As a mom I live for appointments. I don't have the time or patience to not schedule my day out. I made an appointment to get window tint done the day before going. I arrived 12 minutes before my appointment and I was told that they just started one and it would be an hour. Well I had an appointment?? "I'm sorry we just started can you come back in an hour?" No way this doesn't work for me. I will not be returning and I suggest anyone with a schedule to avoid this place. read more

Unfortunately I have to give at least one star in order to submit a review....If I had my way, I would give ZERO stars, or perhaps a negative number of stars, if that was an option. Everything about this proposed transaction went wrong. They ordered the wrong parts, then they told us they would have the right parts, then those parts become "backordered" and we were going to have to wait 7-8 weeks. After several phone calls and numerous trips to Conroe (a three hour drive for us), we decided to pick my husband's Jeep up and bring it back to them when the parts FINALLY arrived. We got to Conroe to pick it up, and my husband went in to get the keys. When he walked by his Jeep, he noticed that he smelled gear oil. He walked inside, got the keys, asked if they tore anything down while they had it. They assured him that they had not. He walked back out to the Jeep, decided to check the gear oil in the rear differential. It was fine. Then he went to the front where he discovered that the front differential cover was NOT ON THE VEHICLE. They had driven it 10-12 miles with no gear oil and no differential cover on the front differential.....LIVID does not BEGIN to explain how upset we were. They SAID they took it back to the gentleman that was going to do the work (we thought it was being done on site) and have him totally check and redo all of the front differential seals, bearings, etc.....We left it with them and went back for the THIRD (?maybe? I lost track on the number of trips and phone calls) time and picked it up. My husband installed the front and rear lockers this weekend with no problem....The parts took us about a week and a half to get in, btw.....I have NO IDEA why they told us they were backordered for 7-8 weeks. ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED and would not recommend them to anyone. read more
