Then after filling out the forms it took another 3 days of me on the phone to get this appointment. Appointment schedule for 3:30 10/9/24 we got to office an check in at 3:08 pm with the desk. Sat there until 3:50 pm where we had to ask what the hold up was, when as desk she stated " oh it was at teleahealth appointment " no one ever stated that on the phone. The number she gave to reschedule was to the building office. Not reschedule department. So now gotta keep calling for another appointment. This momma is pissed! My treatment team accepted me into their program voluntarily within two weeks of applying. I was immediately assigned a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) who also specializes in addiction treatment therapy as a added bonus. This location conducts daily groups to help this suffering not feel alone (art, CBT, DBT, etc.). Overall - I love this center and would recommend it t other seeking support.
