He hasn't stopped taking classes for the past eleven years and still looks forward to his time spent in the studio each week. Susana and her team have always maintained a positive and loving environment that has fostered his creativity and potential as an artist. The love he has for art and the many skills he has learned throughout the years are a result of the dedication and passion that the teachers put into each and every class. I feel very fortunate to have found Drawn2Art so many years ago and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for an art class for their child.

She started with their weeklong camps during school breaks and signed up for regular classes because she enjoyed the instruction so much. I have really appreciated how personalized the experience has been. After going through multiple tracks of the year-round art curriculum, my daughter wanted to focus more on portraiture, which isn't typically offered. The Montrose team went above and beyond to develop a portraiture curriculum which she has pursued for the last 3+ years. In addition, the staff has helped us find solutions to accommodate scheduling conflicts that impacted her regular classes. She has developed strong relationships with multiple teachers, all of whom have been incredibly supportive and invested in her art journey. We're really grateful for the staff who have shared their expertise to help her learn and grow as an artist.

She was thoughtful and showed up early so we could use the kitchen and bar area to set up our appetizers and drinks. She set up the art stations while we drank and ate. Later she lead the class while also taking candid photos of our group. She took her time explaining the process and checking in to make sure we were all following along. Aja was fun and entertaining. She took various groups shots always paying great attention to detail. This was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely book again. We were the only party at the time, she laid out all the art to choose from. The space was clean and large enough to accommodate my 10 group and plenty of space to walk around. There were couches and kitchen area with a small refrigerator. Overall the space was a 10. Experience a 10. And instruction a 10.

Once we saw her in person, we instantly remembered her. The space where she hosted was spacious, clean and large enough to accommodate a larger crowd if needed. We were a group of four. She was able to help both boys complete their artwork and give the moms extra time to finish. We felt bad taking longer than the kids and Aja did not rush us. She has such a calm demeanor and so much patience with kid and adults. I would highly recommend her. Her love of art and experience with kids is so amazing!

I struggled to find another place to take in-person watercolor classes after I got what i could from the basics class. I found it here with Donna as the mentor. I drive 100 miles RT to take this 2.5 hr class. At first I was a bit concerned about the cost and the fact that the first painting is set my the teacher, however, given the professional art paints, brushes and paper, it is a bargain, even for a beginner. The first painting did take me about 8 or 9 sessions, but there are many techniques involved. I got instruction (often personalized to my needs), and was able to practice on 100% cotton paper before applying the paint to my painting. There is a maximum of 8 students in class. The techniques are not just basics but often involved and I have used them in the many paintings I have completed since that first painting. After the first painting, you can paint anything you want, and Donna will support you even if the subject is not optimal. She will truly help you make a great painting and will encourage you along when you have difficulty. Class is a fun experience with people of various backgrounds, including people with degrees in art. While I spend more time traveling to and from class, it is well worth it. I have attached some paintings I have done in this class, once I completed the first one.

The entire course covers just one painting which is done very slowly and must be done exactly as the instructor does. Step by excruciatingly slow step. I had explained in an email prior to enrolling and then again on the first day of class that I had a year's worth of watercolor experience. Donna should have told me at that time that the course wasn't for me. This was the biggest waste of money I've incurred in the five years I've been taking classes. I stopped going after the 4th class and never heard from the instructor. She was probably just glad that I didn't confront her and ask for a refund.

It's play based, the teachers are the most caring & loving, and the environment is so much fun! They have so many varied activities & crafts, the kids never do the same thing twice. And the director, Danielle, is such an angel. Every morning she greets all the families. She's so involved and invested with all the kids. She steps in with classes when the teachers need her, she's a gem! The school also has an amazing selection of after school classes that my daughter loved! From ceramics to sports, your child will find a class that interests them! And our teacher, Miss Miriam was so amazing with the kids. She gave really personalized parent teacher conferences that showed she really knew the kids. Highly recommend for anyone in the local community to send their kids here. The teachers are all very nice, caring, helpful, communicative and friendly. Each classroom has a different color door, which is a fun way to differentiate and identify them. There are lesson plans for each day written on a board outside the classroom, which helps keep parents informed. There is very good communication between the teachers and parents, as well as from the parent board to other parents. The classroom sizes are small, and there are a few teachers per class, resulting in a very low ratio of students-to-teachers, with lots of personal attention. There is tons of fun and exploratory play for the children, some music days, and the children are always coming home with new arts/crafts type of things from fun projects. So much more than just a preschool; LCFCC really helps children and parents be part of a community!
