So when ever you need to cash a check right quick, pay a bill, (Credit cards and utilities) do western union, get foreign money exchanged into American money, reload your bus pass, trade in your gift cards to get some cash, registrant your car and get the tags, or ask for a payday advance this is the place to go to. I get inside and their fees are high but I went ahead since I was already there. A lady of Hispanic/ Latin decent helps me. I tell her I need a money order for $20. While she's processing my money order, I slide another $20 bill under the window and tell her that if she could give me change for it. As I'm waiting for her to tell me what my total is... she gives me my change from the $20 bill I slid under the window to her but it didn't add up to $20. This HEFFA took it upon herself to take the fee of the money order out of the $20 bill I gave her and asked for change for. That really blew me... I tell her this does not equal to the $20 I gave you. She tells me, I know I took the fee for the money order out and that's the change from it. I explain to her that you don't just take it upon yourself to take a fee out of a separate transaction without asking or telling the customer first. She just assumed that it was okay to do that; when I had separate money for the fee of the money order already ready to give her. I give her the $5 bill that I initially was going to give her to pay for the fee of the money order. Instead of her taking the money from the $5 bill like she was suppose to... and just owning her faults in the manner. She just counts out to me (5) singles because her lazy ass didn't want to give me all my change from the $20. I didn't feel like going there with her so I just took the (5) singles and left her window. Maybe my way of doing it was too much for her but that is besides the point. I'm the customer and she is the worker. The correct way of handling this would have been for her to ask me did I want her to take the fee from that $20 bill because the change transaction was separate from the money order transaction. Furthermore, You don't just charge someone and then not even tell them the fee. Yes, they have signage on the wall of their fees but she still should've asked me first and she should've told me the fee. I'll never come to this low class, unprofessional check cashing place again!
