I went in to exchange foreign currency and the female employee working there had the worst attitude. I didn't want to do a review but after reading other reviews and reading about the same lady having an attitude I can agree with what they are saying. An employee like that will ruin the rep of the business and make customers want to take their business elsewhere. Management look into transaction 530390 @12:34pm and talk to your employee and get her trained and make her understand that she needs to be grateful that she has a job and train her how to say "you are welcome" after a customer says "thank you". Some people keep their cool but man she's going to get the wrong customer that will make her change her attitude. The service overall was a negative zero due to not feeling welcomed or appreciated of your business. read more

Worst customer service. Twice in a row have they been extremely rude, disrespectful, and belittling. As if, were asking for a favor. All I need them is to do their basic job. Need a money order? Forget liquor stores or the bank, it only costs $0.99 here!!! But later found out it's only if under $500.(price increased) I go to this place for money orders more often than others because of convenience. They're hours are more flexible. And their money order costs a little lower than others. What I don't like about this place (which is to be expected anyway) is the long line during peak hours; not because there's an overwhelming amount of people, but because the average time it takes for people to complete their dealings is quite long. (lots of Western Union stuff) The place is clean and well lit. . Customer service is nothing special, no smile, no small talk, just a "get straight to the business" how can I help you type of deal, which is fine to me for this type of place. I just hope that processes can be a bit more efficient. But we all know Western Union stuff takes forever. read more

Let's me start by saying I would not even give this place 1 star. I'll be extremely honest, fuck this place. If this shit business cares at all about its reviews they should actually hire people who care about having good costumer service, and if thats too much to ask, at least hire people who are not rude and are able to do their basic job. These two (for lack of a better word) very large women (don't know their names) were very disrespectful to my mother whom had only been there this one time. My mother was a bit unsure of how to send money through western union and only needed a bit of help/explanation. One of the women had the worst attitude. It's Incredibly unbelievable that a person like her even has a job. She was throwing money and papers for my mother to sign and with attitude. Then proceed to get upset at my mother for them having a long line of people. One of the women was just in the back sitting down while the customers waited. How is this long line the customers fault?! Either hire more employees or teach your employees patience and basic customer service skills. In other words teach them not to be childish and rude. My mother noticed the woman who was "assisting" her (if you can even call it that) turn back and proceeded to talk about my mother in front of her and the other customers. I will take this as far as it needs to go for this place to once and for all make necessary changes. I don't want apologies! I don't want a pseudo-manager to call me and explain. I went to Continental Currency Services, Inc., located on the corner of Firestone and Pioneer in Norwalk, because I found it to be the closest place to Orange County in order for me to buy a Los Angeles County Metro Tap Pass on a Saturday. I wish i was able ro chose no stars because this place is rediculous all the way around, i mean they dont need much customer service skills there jist cashing checks etc..i waited in a line of one person in front of me for 15 minutes while the worker chatted and joked around took her sweet time then when i finally was up she make no effort in helping me with my check she called one time to verify it when she should have atleast tried a few times it was a personal check she was very rude...there was two there woman visible that i seen in the back not helping anyone but were both eating looked like they were on break one was about 300 pounds eating while the lady who helped me was complaining she was the only one...they need better customer service training they had none at all also jist to cash my cjeck thos lady took so long her typing was as is a 10 year old seemed like she had no skills at all sorry just being honest...i hope management sees this yelp and works on fixing these problems read more
