I was told to come in the morning, but the owner didn't show up until 6 PM with no updates in between. That's not acceptable service. Also, the posted fee was $45, not $69. When I calmly questioned the discrepancy, I was met with hostility and yelling--not professionalism. Whether or not there was an agreement, customer service and respectful communication should still be a priority. I stand by my review and hope future customers are treated with more clarity and respect.

I did not argue nor did I fight i simply asked for my personal information back because since I will not be a customer I would not like to be apart of their system with emails, calls, mail etc. He very rudely laughed and said no too bad I already put it in so "go away" I then said excuse me? sir I don't know why you came in with a bad attitude but clearly if this job is not where you want to be then quit because you treating people this way is not ok and I feel horrible for your employees. He proceeded to tell me to "shut my mouth" and that "I was a liar and that my check is probably no good" (even though he was the one to say it was because of the date.) then he went on to say if I didn't like that he had all my information I should call the police because he's taking it anyway and doesn't care about "a woman that talks to much." I asked him for his name he walked away and picked up the phone, I asked him again and he started to flip me off so I took out my phone and took a picture. So sad That a grown man that decides to be a manager as a career cannot even have proper communication nor problem solving abilities. Although I don't see me being in need of a cash checking place again, if I EVER did I would NEVER come here or recommend it.
