They're incredibly friendly and actually take the time to remember their customers, which gives the place such a personal and community feel. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable, and perfect whether you're meeting friends or just unwinding after a long day. They have a really good selection of draft beers and cocktails, so there's always something great to try. The food is amazing too -- definitely beyond what you'd expect from a neighborhood bar.
