I'm on my feet 16-18 hr days and I have no time to pamper myself. I walked in and they could see it in my face that I needed 2 hours just to relax and be taken care of. I am so so grateful for this GEM of a find. This nail joint is my new go to spot in San Antonio. I have to have my nails short due to my work profession and they work with women in my field constantly and got them just right. When I sat, the lady next to me was in pedi progress. Maybe mid pedi. I sat and was done before her. Like what? Maybe she got the high dollar idk. They scrubbed and lotioned my legs like in 5 mins. They lightly scrubbed my feet bottoms Then straight to the polish. And I was done. No clipping of the dead skin around my toes which is my favorite part. No scraping of the foot bottoms for that dead skin. No cleaning of the inner nails. Which I know I need because I'm a runner in the trails. My feet get baaaad! Hadn't had a pedi in months. I'm so disappointed. 65 dollars for that? I could have done that at home. Now I have to go somewhere else to get another one. These pedis are supposed to be relaxing and feel good. I don't know what was in it, but my feet/ legs felt so much better after. My only issue was with the hot stones. It burned on my left foot which hurt when they put the was treatment on after. I had a bit of a reaction for about a week and half after . I would say just check temperatures if you are sensitive. Regardless , I still left relaxed and pampered. The environment was great there were plenty of seatings and a large variety of color and polish types. James worked on my pedicure and he did an amazing job. I did not felt rushed and his massage was awesome! Vivian did my husband's manicure and he loved how soft his hands felt and she made them look clean and fresh. Katie did my GelX set and she did a fabulous job! She took her time and gave me the exact design and color I wanted. She even went back to fix some small details that came out a little uneven. I guess they assumed I didn't want anything special. I probably had my feet in the water for like 10 min tops. She painted my nails and had me on my way within 30 min. I am not even sure if they offer any type of pampering pedicure. I didn't even get the typically lotion at the end. Overall, the place looked clean. They used a liner for the foot tub.
