Being a Medical/Medicare (Medical- Dental) member I was charged about $1200.00 for a root canal, filling and crown. I was in so much pain I was grateful their Credit Center placed me on a monthly installment plan. After paying the bill off, I contacted the Cal State-Medical Claims hearing to dispute the charge. It took about four years to finalize. The case hearing judge awarded me back about $575.00. I called CDC asking of the payment. The office told me, it was already mailed to me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After waiting about two weeks, still no check. I called CDC and the State Medi-Cal Dental hearing office concerning the no payment[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. After contacting the CA MediCal-Dental Stae Hearing office, CDC agreed to pay me what I was owed. They requested that I personally come to their office to pick up a check. Which i gladly consented to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I arrived I was told by the font desk receptionist to please have a seat and wait. After waiting what seemed to me an unusual amount of time, I was told to go to one of the back offices.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was here that I met a woman who appeared to be an accountant, due to the ledger and other accountant type of stuff. I could tell that she angry and upset with me. She immediately asked me, "[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]what did I do with the missing check?" I told that I never received it. Then another accusatory question; by her angry look and round-about questioning, she had me now feeling like, she felt as though I had taken and cashed the non-delivered check. Now I knew why the check wasn't waiting for me at the front desk. She wanted this opportunity to confront me. I then told her she should have sent me a certified check, that way the first check could have been tracked. This insightful response shut down her investigative questioning. She then wrote me my check with my name misspelled. I show her the error and she gave a check with no errors. If CDC had billed me correctly, not over- charging me about $575.00, this whole fiasco would have been avoided. Be forwarned: If you're Medical/Medicare recipients, be sure that you and CDC are correct in the amount that they you are being charged. I suggest you do what I had success in. I started going to this dental group by my friend's reference 3 years ago. I wish she did not refer me! [[HIGHLIGHT]]From last year that employed someone new for insurance everything started. She was very rude to everyone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As one of reviews mentioned they are Armenian from Armenia so their priority are Armenians if you are not you have to stay 2-3 hours although you were on time! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This woman from the beginning treated very bad almost insulting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] On January I went there because I had a bridge of 4 tooth that had infection. I put it 40 years ago in my country and it was so firm even harder from my other tooths. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dr. Roland told me I will extract that bridge and I will put 3 implants. I told ok do it he said no talk to Insurance person.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She calculated to charge about $15,000 both my insurances and a $5400 credit (Icredit). It was beginning of the year 2025 they did surgery on 7th of January opened that credit then they told me go come after 6 months. At the end of January they made a temporary partial denture to cover that space. So I went 2 time on January and one time at the end of February to get that denture. At the end of February, I found out I have to pay $180 per month for nothing!! They were charging my insurances too ($5,000 insurance)!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called them many times that why I have to pay money in advace??? There was no implant!! They did only a surgery. But from that time they did not answered my phones![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They got $5,400 in advance and charging insurances what they want more! They made false appointments I had all of them( printed) from end of May. They made appointments for implant to check( Their office is far from me- one hour each trip) they say doctor left early or he had emergency... They bothered me too much. On July 27th I saw doctor Roland they took CT from that side so he knew everything. He cut my gum on purpose all right side 5 tooth and said OOOh your bone is narrow we can not do anything(implant)!!! Then sewed that part. I told you took a CT why you did cut my gum?? you did not see the bone is narrow from CT?? I had 2 breast cancers before and my immune system is weak. From that time It is almost one year I am calling them to pay back Icredit's money at last they gave part of that money at the end of September. But still $205 I owe!!! for what I don't know!!! For the work undone?? And the credit company drop down my credit 70 points for what I do not know?? I opened 4-5 cases with credit company I told everything they did not listen!! Do not go there otherwise you will be bothered by them!!! You will be charged for things you do not know!! read more

This is the worst dental clinic I have ever been to. Three months ago, I had a root canal treatment and a crown placed here. Since then, I've had ongoing problems that still have not been resolved. First, I developed severe gum inflammation that lasted for a long time, and Dr. Roland Yakubov told me he didn't know why it was happening. Later, I started having pain in the same tooth, and the endodontist also said she didn't know the reason--maybe there were tiny canals left untreated that they couldn't fix. I eventually had to retreat the canal in another clinic under a microscope. However, I still have another issue: the crown that Dr. Roland placed does not fully cover my tooth on the inside. Finally got my approval for root canal went to do it ( by the way I see this doctor first time that day). He look my X rays we have to clean first . COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME Here's my story. Randomly came across this place going to the post office. Walked in because i say the Orthodontics sign on the door and I needed braces. Asked if they do braces, front desk lady told me yes, made an appointment, pretty simple process. They send text message reminders which is nice, but I called and re-scheduled my appt. at some point and I kept getting texts of my original appointment. They never actually re-scheduled me to the time I called back for. Whatever I still made it to my appointment no big deal. My appointment was at 3pm. They called me in at 3:30. They took me to get an X-ray, (even though I already brought x-rays.. Keep in mind: this is how they make money. Once they offer a service, they have a tangible item they can BILL my insurance for). I sat at the xray machine for 15 mins until the tech comes. Takes x-rays sends me to my room. Sat in the procedure room for another 15 mins until the Orthodontist finally showed up. Okay she starts offering me Invisalign and similar retainer services. I tell her sorry to cut you off, but i am not interested. I want TRADITIONAL BRACES. "okay no problem" starts answering all my questions about braces and with great details , spends about 7 minutes tops with me and sends in the front office lady to go over pricing. Front office lady comes in offering Invisalign and other retainers again. I tell her thank you for the offer, but we just had a consultation about traditional braces so I'd like to learn more about the pricing for that. DRUMROLL Get Ready Her response: "WE ARE NOT DOING TRADITIONAL BRACES AT THIS TIME" DUDE, I just sat here for over an hour, wasted my valuable time (grad student), got billed on an X-ray, and had consultation FOR NO REASON. I was furious when I got out. They could've told me the moment I walked in to schedule an appointment for BRACES, that they only offer Invisalign. We really appreciate the personalized approach to each client. I have had several issues with other dentists in the past and once I had my first appointment here I knew I had found my permanent dentists. I'm going to go there, this place has favoritism. I had my appointment at 10am. I waited and filled out my paperwork since I was a new patient and as I was waiting , I saw each and every Armenian patient go first than those who came here on time and in order. It took me an hour to get helped even if my appointment was at 10am. Once I came in they started helping other people while leaving me in the X-ray room. There was only one person working the front desk and she was unfortunately no help. I then waited another 40 minutes for the doctor to tell me about the consultation and he only used his fingers to check my teeth and just left . Once I tried to see the cost of everything they would not even give me an estimate or any help whatsoever. I've always had a good experience here. Up into recently when a few dental assistants made fun of my son. My son is very sensitive when having things in his mouth. They had a guy that always helped my son through his teeth cleaning really well, was patient and talkative to help him through it. But these new people have no sympathy whatsoever. My mom went in to get her tooth removed and upon doing an X-ray they realized they needed a surgeon to do it. However they decided that they should give it a try and remove her tooth. These people have no idea what their skill sets are and used my moms situation like a training exercise. They went in three separate times three separate people to try to remove the tooth. She left crying. A grown woman left this place crying because of the horrible experience she went through. Her mouth is all torn and she can't even speak. Thankfully she went to a competent clinic and they were able to take care of her. Bottom line, avoid this place if you do not want people who have no idea what they're doing operating on you. This is by far one of the most unprofessional locales ever. Racism is not dead, and when you walk in after about 15 mins in the lobby you'll understand what i mean. Everybody Armenian and white person walks in after check in and everybody in the waiting room is brown or hispanic. I switched my braces to another locale and don't regret it at all.
