The class was full and the energy was great. You have your own wall and station with your name displayed on a screen above your wall. This is a 40 minute workout and consists of a series of exercises and each exercise is shown on your screen as well as on a main screen. Cold towels are provided at the end of class. All in all a good mix of weights and cardio. You don't spend much one on the wall which is a shame. A few designated parking spots are available in the parking lot. However you can park in the parking structure and have your ticket validated.

Lastly, the techno gym machines and equipment are the best. The most comfortable and highest quality machines I've ever used. Tops equinox and most of lifetimes machines for sure. I think it's some Italian brand but not sure. Im on the VIP Waitlist for both Costa Mesa and Portola. Primarily interested in Costa Mesa since my work is across the street. If their early pricing is around 150-200 a month I'll sign up immediately.

Songs are always new and it doesn't feel like it is scheduled playlist, kind of more on the fly and organic. Please check out this studio if you can. It's located pretty close by the 5 Freeway and there's plenty of parking around. It's kind of hard to find your first time, but it's located in the lyceum village.

Liveball is played like doubles with a champion's side and a challenger's side. Both teams play out points and once one team gets to a number of points they win and another team rotates in! It was SO much fun and coach Anhtuan is just the greatest coach ever! He teased us, he offered tips to help us improve our game and gave us some strategy as well! He really makes the class a lot of fun and we wound up laughing and joking with him, and others, the whole time! I love the flexible class schedules, the clean and well kept studio and best of all, the instructors and staff! AKA the Trim Tribe! I've done all types of workouts and love Lagree! And like that I can change things up with climb. Definitely recommend!! Absolutely love this place! I'm addicted. The instructors are knowledgeable and super friendly. I felt amazing after I finished the class. Talia was such a great instructor. I loved her positive energy and she was attentive to make sure we got the right posture / move down. Michelle W. teaches a particularly high energy, high calorie burn class! Just a couple of teensy notes though. Nancy is such a great, popular and beloved instructor, this Jazzercise is somewhat a victim of its own success. Nancy's classes are frequently crowded, but you'll find friendly accommodating Jazzercisers that will scoot one way or another to make room. The parking can get sticky in the summer with all the ocean activities at the harbor. Jazzercise when done with some effort and good form is an EXCELLENT WORKOUT--Cardio, weights and stretching in an hour!
