I ordered a rear sight for my gun from their website based off of their item description. After receiving I tried to put on my firearm and it did not fit. When I emailed them that I have received the wrong item, they asked me to return it to their PO box. I asked if I had to pay for return shipping and they stated "Yes, unless there was an error in shipping or the item was defective" Overall has been a waste of time and my money, not sure if I am getting a refund as they are very slow with responding. read more

CDNN shipped me an AR15 Upper that did not have M4 feed ramps, as they advertised. They were nice to issue an RMA but it was a hassle to disassemble the finished build. Waiting to get the upper replacement. Advise - check against the spec before you build. CDNN does not care how long it took you to assemble or disassemble. Update 3: 16FEB21. 14 days later, I got my replacement. Update 2: 6FEB21. Still no replacement part. Update 1: 3FEB21. CDNN Processes returns on the weekend. As a word of caution, just because their website says an item is in stock, do NOT count on that being the case. Recently thought I purchased a firearm from them, their website said it was "in stock", the charge against my credit card was immediately processed, and my profile list of orders said it was complete. Three days later, I get an email saying my money would be refunded because the item was "OVERSOLD". I emailed and got the following response... "My apologies,  but unfortunately, this does happen due to processing times when ordering online.  With this being a firearm, there are a certain amount of serial numbers to be distributed and yours came thru our system as a Backorder status without a serial number attached." That is implying, at least in my opinion, they never actually had the item on hand and were relying on some other distributor to finalize the sale. Not sure when the credit will appear on may credit card account... isn't it amazing that it can be billed immediately then it can take days to issue a refund? Good luck if you deal with them and don't count on your purchase until you have the item in hand! read more

I bought a 'set' of AR15 FLIP UP SIGHT SET ALUMINIUM for $29.99 from CDNN Sports to be used as back-up sights. Totally Useless...The rear sight sits about a 1/2" lower than the front sight. I called CDNN's customer service about the problem, a guy named Steve tells me "they are aware of the problem with the sights", but because it has been longer than 30 days since I purchased them there is nothing he can do. They are still selling these sights knowing there is a problem, I will not be doing business with CDNN again any time soon... Beware! read more

Won't take order if you have PO Box For BILLING ADDRESS, of course you won't know this until after you spend 20 mins setting up acct and filling out order and putting in your credit card info and then after wasting all your time it tells you to CALL IN TO PLACE ORDER. Then they the bait and switch on shipping, telling you it is only 4.99 for shipping, then they charge an additional 4.95 for "signature required". Just received a rifle as my first purchase from CDNN. First, I expected issues of some sort with it as the price was $200 less than the cheapest I could find and still cheaper than some used examples. The rifle stock has two small imperfections; they look to be from the factory. I now see why CDNN was selling them but still, the price was awesome even with that in mind. Those two marks will look normal after some scuffs/scratches/dings in the field and I feel this was an amazing deal. Shipping was fast too. Ordering online was super-easy; not sure why there's so much drama on Yelp; maybe the reviewers are first-time gun buyers? I just purchased a Walther Creed from CDNN and received it fairly quickly. However, literally within a few days after receiving the gun they offered a free Walther flashlight if you purchased a Creed. Long story short - they do not honor any specials once the purchase has been made. Many retailers do honor a special sale if the adjustment request was made within a reasonable time after the purchase, but I guess that's not CDNN's policy. Given this was my first purchase from CDNN I'm on the fence about my next one. I live here in Abilene and have been a customer for many years. I have purchased many guns from CDNN and have loved every one. Their prices are very good. As you know, if you buy out-of-state, you can save the sales tax. However, CDNN's prices are so good, the savings difference is negligible and I would rather my dollars stay local. Their prices are especially great on their accessories and gear. Even with tax and a small delivery charge, you can save a bundle on magazines, knives, range bags and the like. I just wait until I have a pretty hefty order and then send it through. Living in the same city does have some great advantages. If I order in the morning, I get it the next day. Awesome! I know that a lot of people use reviews when something goes wrong, so I wanted to write one to praise a company for doing things right. For example, I'm an average dude who does not have an unlimited firearms budget. I have to be careful about what I buy. One pistol I had always wanted was a Sig 226. I had purchased a Sig 2022 9mm in the past and loved it. When my daughter turned 21, she wanted a carry gun and her gaze fell upon my prized Sig Sauer. My passion for my sidearm was only surpassed by my desire for her safety. Sooooooo, it disappeared from my collection. I searched far and wide, but discovered prices had gone up from the $349 I had paid to over $500. Anyway, wrought with grief, I began pricing Smith & Wessons, Walthers, Rugers, and other more affordable brands. I decided to bite and bullet and save up for the 226. But, to my astonishment, when I had finally scrimped up enough scratch to buy my Big Iron for my Hip, a wondrous blessing did appear! CDNN had a boatload of military and police trade in's. They had a wide selection of Sigs at about 1/3 the price of a new 226. I can't swear to the exact price, but it was around $289 for what was described as "Good to Very Good" condition. I quickly added one to my cart and also "accidentally" added a Remington 1911 R1, as well. The 1911 also had a substantial rebate attached, so I figured, what the hey. When I went to collect my new pistols, I was giddy with excitement. However, I had one more surprise in store. The 226 was not in the condition stated in advertisement. I'm not an expert, but what I had received seem to be a brand new gun. I was over the moon. So, there you have it. That's my experience worth retelling. I have had countless orders through the years, but that's the one that had kept me coming back time and again. I hope you have one as good as mine. read more

I own lots of guns and accessories so of course I have dealt with CDNN many times. My last purchase was weird but eventually they made it right but only because I posted a negative review. I ordered a new "white" grip for my sig 238 and they sent me an unpainted silver aluminum grip. I paid $40 for it which isn't cheap so I called and the customer rep told me that it is industry standard to call unpainted gun parts "white". I explained that it was advertised as "white", not "silver", and the picture shows a "white" grip as well, not unpainted metal. If they intend to ship an unpainted metal grip it should be advertised as unpainted. The guy told me this is the industry standard. It turns out that it should have been advertised as "in the white". I was most bothered that the picture showed it as white but the guy said it wasn't white in the picture. I can tell the difference between white and silver. Then they told me I would have to pay the cost of shipping to return it even though I made no mistake. After posting this review on the BBB website they contacted me and offered to refund me the $ as long as I removed my BBB post. Good thing for online reviews or else I would have been screwed. read more

I ordered from CDNN Sports. I ordered a Speedfeed stock for my Mossberg 590 along with 11 Glock magazines. It came relatively quickly. I inspected everything and it looked ok. A couple days later, I try to install the stock on the shotgun and the bolt is probably an inch to short. It's still within their less than generous 3 day return policy. I emailed them and informed them of the problem. I asked for the proper bolt or wanted to return it. A gentleman emailed me back the next day and asked the length of the bolt so he could check. I email back with the length. I heard nothing back. I then called, and I hear that it's now past the three day return period and they wouldn't honor the return. I would have to call the manufacturer. Pissed off, but getting nowhere, I can't find online anything listing the manufacturer of Speedfeed stocks. So I have this piece of worthless plastic. Nice. Needless to say, it's buyer beware with CDNN Sports. The business policies by this company are suspect at best. I spend a fair amount of my money, maybe 5000 in the last few months, on firearms and accessories. I thought CDNN Sports would be a good source for doing business with, but there is no chance one dollar of spending will go their way. Order #100377351 11/10/17 Edit - CDNN subsequently contacted me and accepted the return with a full refund. Not completely trustworthy. Even though the manufacturer and importer specifies that the gun I purchased comes with 2 magazines, CDNN removes one and just ships the gun with one magazine. Seems a little sleazy to me. Shipping was fast. Good communication. Just disappointed that they keep one of the magazines to resell rather than give you what the manufacturer intended. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because zero stars are not allowed. I purchased an H&K 416 .22 rifle from them a few months ago. The gun advertised a 20 round magazine with the gun. Well, they couldn't ship it because Maryland doesn't allow over 10. Except that I'm a certified LEO and have bought magazines from other places online that were larger than 10 rounds as long as I submitted a copy of my credentials. I've also bought pistols online the same way with larger magazines (but more about that later). Anyway, instead of adding a 10 round magazine to the purchase since they couldn't ship the 20 rounder, I had to buy a 10 round mag from them, which cost me around $30!!!! Total rip off. Fast forward several months later, I saw a Ruger Charger Takedown .22 advertised on their site and it was a good price, so I called about it. Apparently it's listed with the feds as a pistol, so the guy told me they don't ship pistols out of state, even to an FFL. What the Hell kind of policy is that? I've bought NUMEROUS pistols online and even some with larger capacity magazines than 10 rounds because I (again) sent them a copy of my LEO credentials. No dice with these guys. I've never heard of a gun business that doesn't sell pistols to other states. It's simple. You simply air mail it to a licensed FFL. Done. Long story short, I called Bud's Gun Shop and the process was seamless. I had the gun en route my way that day. It shipped to my FFL and I now have it in my possession and CDNN has lost a customer for life. As an aside, I think the owner turned coward because some no-name credit card company years ago threatened to stop doing business with them if they kept selling guns to people sight unseen. Whatever the reason, I'm done with them. Look elsewhere. You can find better deals and much less hassle than these guys. read more
