Josh, Lavunty, Justin, and Dre were assigned to the project. The group led by Josh was beyond professional! They saw the challenge, discussed a team on the best strategy, and went to work. They ensured the safety of the team and the property was top priority. We had Success! Thanks Guys!

I reported it to the lead mover the same evening I realized it was missing. He apologized and told me they must have forgotten it somewhere at my apartment complex. When I later obtained the building's surveillance footage, it showed one of the movers carrying my chair after it came off the elevator. The lead mover confirmed the person in the video was one of his employees. Despite this, the chair has never been recovered. I declined the additional valuation coverage because the lead mover assured me I didn't need it and told me they wouldn't damage my furniture during the move. I never imagined I needed coverage for a chair disappearing entirely while it was in the movers' possession. After reviewing the situation, the Operations Manager called me, apologized, and told me he agreed with me that the company was completely in the wrong for what happened. However, Vladimir, who is both the owner and the manager handling claims, has refused to take responsibility for losing my chair and has refused to compensate me for its value beyond offering $36. There were other issues during the move as well. The truck they sent wasn't large enough to complete our move, forcing us to leave boxes, plants, and other belongings behind to move ourselves. In addition, the movers smelled strongly of marijuana after arriving at our new home, which was very concerning. This entire experience has been stressful and incredibly disappointing. Losing an expensive piece of furniture is one thing, but the lack of accountability afterward has been even worse. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think twice and carefully review the paperwork before trusting them with their belongings.

TDLR: Company NOT transparent about prices, a tactic typically used by movers who give out lowball…read morebids to get your business, but later hit you with crazy fees never mentioned before unloading the truck - while holding your property hostage - for more money. Refused to give an estimated time to complete despite ability to review a dozen pics of apartment and detailed description of job. When asked for more than just $X per hour, which is all they provided, they "do not tolerate this kind of attitude" (?). I've moved over a dozen times and things never end well with movers who are deliberately vague about pricing and are offended at questions. Of course I didn't hire this company and this review is to help others from making a potentially very costly mistake. BUYER BEWARE!!! I asked for a quote that included est. time to complete, *not* just $X/hr with Y people, based on photos and add'l info. FOUR other companies were able to do provide a professional quote within 24 hours, but not DH&M (also didn't incl. truck, transport, supplies, etc fees which are common but DH&M left out). DH&M apparently believes customers who want more info than $X/hour for Y men are asking too much and don't DESERVE to be one of their customers, lol. They gave $X/hr, nothing else... I specifically stated in my initial request to provide a quote for the job, not just leave me with that kind of quote without an educated guess on hours required to complete job.. They became rude and told me to go elsewhere. I asked the companies for an educated estimate on cost to complete job based on the furniture and other items provided in a Google Photo Album I created from pics of my apartment (with link to pictures) as well as info like : (1) Current location requires going down one flight of stairs, a truck can be backed up to front of apartment building, (2) the destination also requires going down one flight of stairs and according to Google Maps, (3) the distance between pickup and dropoff location was 4.0 miles and estimated to take 10 minutes, etc. Daily Hauling and Moving was the ONLY company that failed to provide a real quote. Question: "Other moving companies able to provide a serious quote, why can't Daily Hauling & Moving do something similar? My guess: Pure laziness, a quality you ABSOLUTELY do not want when a hiring a company that is charging BY THE HOUR. Slower they work, the more you pay. So, it should come as no surprise I refused to hire DH&M since they use underhanded tactics from the beginning (e.g., not quoting any additional fees, when *all* movers have a least a couple). Their lack of truthfulness and honesty up front alone disqualified them from further consideration. The insults were unacceptably unprofessional. Seriously, why would anyone hire Daily Hauling if they can't be honest and forthright from the start? I'm certainly not going to play Russian roulette with my furniture (and belongings) to a mover who isn't transparent about fees and lies in their response to my review that I demanded a flat (guaranteed) price and harassed them. Daily Hauling & Moving is a lazy, family-owned business that won't be around for long unless they start treating customers with respect, work toward earning customers' trust and confidence, and start being more transparent about their pricing. In their reply to this review, for reasons I do not understand, they play the race card. I didn't know (and don't care) if they're black, white, hispanic, Asian, etc. I just a job done right at a fair price. I certainly wouldn't play Russian roulette using DH&M to move my valuables, hoping they'll do the job right and not make a last minute change to the price. I'm sure they've lost other customers with their current attitude towards potential customers, particularly those who try to get a reasonable quote (not a guaranteed price, just an educated guess). I revised this review after reading their deliberately false and misleading reply to my prior version. Hopefully they will read this review and at some point realize they need to change how they conduct business or face an almost certain extinction.

Ready to Move LLC -EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION WITH THIS COMPANY…read more My mother recently hired Ready to Move LLC for a local move within her apartment complex in Macon, GA. The company represented that the job would be completed in one day; however, the crew left early, extended the work into a second day without notice, and requested payment before completing the move. The packing was performed carelessly, resulting in damaged and missing/stolen items, and the company failed to provide the written inventory required under the contract. The owner, Paxton Taylor, removed an antique mirror from my mother's residence for "repair" and did not return it as promised. Communication became sporadic and then ceased entirely. Scheduled return dates were repeatedly missed, and no valid business address was provided. When she visited the address listed online, she was informed that the company had not operated there for some time. My mother ultimately filed a police report due to the prolonged failure to return her mirror and other property/missing items. Based on this experience, Ready to Move LLC demonstrated a lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Consumers should exercise EXTREME CAUTION when considering this company for moving services. There are many others out there with much better reputations. Consider paying a bit more for peace of mind and if you value your possessions.

We pointed out the clock and round table to the head mover the night of the move, and found the other two with damages after they left. The round table that was deeply scratched had the scratch covered up by a mover with painters' tape during the move by one of the two movers, causing it to be delivered to the first stop instead of the second stop. A desk was also delivered to the first stop instead of the second, despite not being marked with tape, and we will need to make other arrangements to have it moved. Also, because they showed up over an hour late to start, they didn't leave Macon until about 1pm, getting into Atlanta's afternoon traffic, and arrived at Mom's apartment building well after dark. Afterwards, they returned back to first stop to deliver a dresser that was marked with painters' tape, but not dropped off at their first stop originally. We are also missing a wooden shoe rack that was loaded onto the truck towards the end of packing. As requested, I sent the review above directly to them and requested to be contacted, also texting directly. I never heard back and was very disappointed.
