Jason and his team has helped me and my other family members move a few times. Each time they were professional and very helpful. Recently he moved us and they did a great job as always. This was our biggest move so, I was a little anxious about moving because we have a lot of stuff. I called him in advance to make sure he was still in business since I wasn't able to schedule it online. He returned my phone calls to confirmed our move date and answered any questions that I had. He showed up on time and they worked hard to get everything moved that day. Although moving can be a stressful process, I was at ease knowing that we can depend on them to move us. We don't have any family and friends who can help us move so, each time that they showed up was very much appreciated. His prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend Jason and his team. This would have been a 5 star rating prior to the pandemic. I used this company 3-4 with no issues or complaints. The owner is very professional and nice. I referred them to 2-3 friends who had nothing but nice things to say. During the pandemic something happened. Because I used them before, I knew what to expect but never received my confirmation. I had to chase them down and finally got an answer and a verbal confirmation. Seeing that I used them before, that was good enough for me. Needless to say, they were a no show and to this day I've never heard back. I called several times looking for them leaving messages. I say all that to say all of the reviews are different but I can co-sign on both the positive and negative reviews. A shame because I really liked them. The movers never showed! I'm literally the only move on their calendar for the whole day and their lack of communication has cost me an extra $80 in prorated rent for an extra day AND $200 more for a last minute mover. Used We Move It All Movers to move some expensive and heavy gym equipment and musical instruments/amplifiers. They confirmed the move the day before and morning of the move, arrived on time, were careful with handling our items, work smartly and efficiently, gave great value for the money, and were very pleasant with which to deal. We used them for a short move of some large items and the workers doing the moving are very kind, courteous, and hard-working. The response time to messages us rather slow from the owner and his communication is less than ideal. My wife used them before and the pricing is quite reasonable, but I was not aware of the preferred payment methods until after the work was done. They only accept cash, cash app, or Zelle. They do not accept debit or credit cards or even checks, which is so odd but I understand they are a small business. Make sure also if you use them to book the day before your actual move if you need them to do packing. We were not aware of this and we're not told when we booked and shared those needed services months in advance. The actual performance of the requested job was good and overall we are pleased, but I'd recommend some improvements as noted to make the customer experience better. read more

My movers did not show up. When one of the movers finally called me he said there was a miscommunication with the owner who apparently forgot to tell the movers about my move. He said he would try to find someone to help him move. That was six hours ago and have been met with multiple unanswered calls, texts, and emails to the movers phone number, as well as We Move It All's phone number. I am now SOL and scrambling to find a last minute mover for Memorial Day when I had plans. I was willing to overlook them no-showing me if they could just move me in the afternoon or tomorrow but they have gone radio silent. Really bummed and frustrated and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I called them back because they did such a good job on my first move, this time not so good. They broke my washing machine and a wine glass. The glass I can forgive but not my washing machine.This occurred on July 26 and they haven't called me nor will they answer my calls about a repair. Very poor business practice. Had to create an account just to post this review. This company (Jason specifically) scheduled a move with me for Jan 8 at 10am and confirmed via email, then NEVER SHOWED. I guess my money wasn't green enough for him, because on the morning of Jan 8 at 10am I waited about 10 minutes and called. No answer. Texted. No answer. Emailed. No answer. I called no less than 15 times through the course of the day and never got a response, explanation or apology. I ended up hiring another crew last minute who were double what I had budgeted. I also had to reschedule a service appointment to have cable and internet turned on and now have to wait an additional week for the next available appointment. I wish I could give negative stars for this experience. Moving is one of the most stressful things a person can do and to have movers not show is just awful. Don't be lured by the promise of $55 a hour, pay a little more for movers who will actually show up and not leave you high and dry. read more
