They fixed it rapidly and completely, and even showed me things about it that made it easier to use that I didn't even know. It had features that I was unaware of (I bought it used), and I probably would have sold it to them for 1/10th its value when I walked in, but they told me all about it and it's worth a lot more than I knew.
